500 Great Dates - book by Hearst - review by Passionnow4u

I never really picked up a book like this before, so I was eagerly anticipating seeing some of the things my dates had been missing. 500 Great Dates can be for any type of couple and also for any age. There were a lot of great ideas that I can't wait to try. Especially on page 28!

Some I have already done, some I would like to do, and others I may never get around to doing. It offers a great variety. Sometimes couples get so busy with everything that is going on in their lives they forget about the most important thing; each other. Not spending time with your significant other can and possibly will make a relationship go south. My boyfriend sometimes doesn't like the thought of sex toys, because he feels like "he is not doing the job," so I was glad we could find other ways of being with each other, other than sexually. This book is great for those cost effective individuals. It had a wide variety of activities ranging from a couple of bucks to tons of dough if you really want to show out. One suggestion it made instead of going to the movie theatre was to make a movie night at home by renting movies, getting soda, popping popcorn, making nachos, and getting those boxes of your favorite candy. It is a great book to read alone or you can make it as a couple experience (that's spending time together...right?).

If you're just looking for a quick idea, flip to the glossary. It is a great book to give as a gift or to share with friends.

The only thing that was hard for me was to actually sit down and take time to read. I have a full time job, and am a full time student. So time times it is hard for me to read something that's not on my syllabus. Certain things caught my attention, but you actually really have to read the book. It is hard to just skip around; you would be a tad lost.
