Ride'em Cowgirl! is a sex position guide for couples written by Dr. Sadie Allison.
When I first got this book, the very first thing I did was crack it open and take a good deep whiff because nothing smells better than a fresh book! - Any bookworm would agree with me on this one. As I sifted through the pages with my girlfriends, we foolishly pointed out all the positions we've done, tried and couldn't, would try and wouldn't - In other words, we acted like a bunch of silly horny high school girls!
The first things I noticed were the illustrations and how organized the layout is. The book is broken down into 18 chapters, each divided into tips for the cowboys and then tips for the cowgirls. The first chapter is mainly focused on foreplay and passion. There's even a chapter dedicated solely to the cowboys, then a chapter dedicated solely to the cowgirls. Each chapter features a position, many being popular positions we already know with some added variation making them more pleasure-spot focused and fun. Many of which, I didn't even know had a name! It includes many positions for pregnant women and voluptuous couples to make sex more comfortable. There are even chapters dedicated to the clitoris, the g-spot, the HE-spot, anal sex, and sexy play things like harnesses, sex toys and sex swings, and even right down to every penis type. Each position is tastefully hand-illustrated so you can match the angle to the dangle!
Dr. Sadie even talks about safe sex and STIs explaining the different types, symptoms and how to better protect yourself from such. She closes with a list of links to websites to learn more about protecting yourself.
Not only was this book fun and entertaining to read, but it was so easy and informative as well. It's a great guide for beginners or even the experienced lovers looking for new positions. Perhaps it could even be the whisper in your partner's ear for what you're secretly wanting, but don't dare bring it up in conversation. I would suggest reading this book together in bed, giggle at the illustrations, and most importantly make it fun! Who knows to where it could lead you!

This book has been definitely added some new positions in the bedroom! While we haven't yet tried them all, a few of our favourites include the "leap-frog", the "Tumbleweed" and the "Banana Split". Reading this book is only a part of the fun, while the most fun is trying out the positions! I still recommend this book to everyone.
