This book is a sex position guide for couples with so much more! This book breaks down every aspect of the sexual experience for the cowboy and then for the cowgirl. The first chapters are dedicated to foreplay and your "passion cocktail" where she reveals the breakdown of the recipe. The book then flows into supergasms and the art of penetration and being penetrated. In the art of penetration Dr. Sadie shows couples the romantic and the artistic side of penetration. The book quickly moves into the different positions that Dr. Sadie has chosen to be fantastic for lovers. In each chapter dedicated to a position she shows the best versions of that position and the best features of the position. Dr. Sadie covers anal intercourse and shows the details of g-spot and p-spot stimulation. This book then continues with poses for voluptuous people and pregnant couples. Dr Sadie covers what's best for each penis size and finishes the book with a chapter on sex toys and safe sex.

Ride 'Em Cowgirl! is a very easy read yet very informative. This Guide can be used for beginners and experienced lovers will too find a few things they may not have known about their partner. This guide can be a good way to introduce a new position or anal intercourse into the relationship.

This paperback book is a lot smaller than I realized, 213 pages (it measures 5"wide x7"tall x1/2"thick), even with that I believe that this little baby is bursting with content. It's bound together well and the size seems to be perfect for travel.

This book does not have real life pictures, it was illustrated (very well) by Steve Lee. So if you were looking for something visually stimulating this may not be the best sex guide choice for you.

I purchased this guide to help myself understand more the pleasure of p-spot stimulation for my guy. This guide has helped us, open a new "door" if you must say, in our relationship. I truly believe that this guide can help you plant that seed in your partner's mind of whatever you may be interested in. The illustrated pictures also make it an easy read if your partner isn't into seeing other naked bodies (although all are beautiful!).
