In the first few pages she talks of getting into a sex rut. Hey it happens to the best of us and she has some ideas how clues can get out of them.

The book is divided into sections. Different positions and stages of sex. Everything from foreplay to after play and everything in between. The positions are illustrated but not the typical stick figure pictures. The pictures help you visualize what you need to do. Since the book was written with couples in mind the are special sections of pregnant sex as well.
