I love the fact that these heat up with hardly any effort on my part! This allows for you or your partner to give you a flawless massage. All you have to do is pop the metal disk inside of either the hugs or the kisses (or both), and a chemical reaction will go off, causing the massager to instantly heat up to over 100 degrees. You will need to "knead" the massager a little to soften it up and spread the heat around evenly. It helps if you use a massage lotion or oil to prevent the massager from sticking to your partner's skin. To give a wonderfully simple massage all you have to do is move the massager in a circular pattern, and follow it by applying a little extra pressure and moving in a short line upward, and repeat as many times as desired. The heat is really relaxing without being too hot.

Upon opening the box, the massagers are individually packaged. They fit nicely in my hand, which is on the smaller side. They smell a little plasticy at first, but this smell fades over time. I personally think they look like the silicone breast implants, but the circular shape fits nicely in your hand when using them. After using them, you simply put them in a pot of boiling water for 7-10 minutes or until all the crystals are dissolved; the directions are on the back of the package. DO NOT let the pot run dry when you are boiling! A good trick is to place a plastic spatula/flipper underneath the massager on top of the bottom of the pot. When you are ready to use it again, just pop the disk and wait for things to heat up!

This toy has so many different uses! It is great for foreplay and sensual massage with your partner, but it can also be used alone. I find it really great for relieving muscle aches after a long run or an intense workout. Aside from couple play, I think the best use is for menstrual cramps. Simply pop the disk, mix around the crystals, and tuck the massager into the waistband of your pants/skirt/shorts, etc. You can still go around doing what you need to do, since it's so discreet, and get relief from those pesky cramps that come once a month!
