The texture is just about the same as any other body powder I have used; it's a smooth, easy to apply power. Since this is in a container that allows you to dispense as much or as little as you would like through the 20 square shaped holes on the inside, under the lid, I would say this is a very easy to dispense powder. When I stuck my finger in the powder on the top of the lid, it wasn't sticky, and when I rubbed it on my arm it had a smooth, velvety feel to it.

Under the lid you will find a simple, white, and soft powder puff for application of the shimmer powder; underneath the powder puff you will find a clear plastic covering with a white pull tab. This white pull tab is covering little square holes underneath, where you can sift out as much or as little of the shimmer dust as you desire. You will need to remove this cover before you can use your Crazy Girl Shimmer Dust. The packaging is as discreet as a body shimmer container can get; it does state in plain letters that there is sex attractant in it.

The Crazy Girl Shimmer Dust contains a sex attractant called Pheromones. I love that this has ingredients in it that helps the skin as well, such as Vitamin C and Aloe Vera. Both are wonderful for the skin and very soothing as well.

In my personal experience with the Crazy Girl Shimmer Dust, it was easy to use and not messy at all when dispensing it. I didn't even experience the shimmer dust falling off the powder puff onto my black shirt that I was wearing out the night I used the product. I love that there is no horrible aftertaste left behind once you have licked up the powders, as well as loving that it doesn't get sticky! That is always a plus in my book. I don't want to be sticky, especially if it is something I can wear out to dinner on a date, or out to the club with friends.
