Bell nipple clamps - nipple clamps discontinued by Spartacus - review by InsatiablyTaken

These Spartacus clamps are wonderfully adjustable. They are a bit restrictive with nipple size unless you bend them open wider which I think is likely possible. They open up about a half inch on their own, which is kind of small. You slide the small loop up the clamp and the clamp gets tighter. Consequently, these clamps can be quickly adjusted mid-play to up the pressure or to dial it down (which a lot of people need immediately after orgasm before that pleasure-pain quickly turns to pain-pain). These don’t get crazy tight or painful. They hit a middling range of pain for me. I put them on while not playing and dialed them up close to all the way (and my nipples aren't small). It hurt, but I wasn't actually hurting enough to take them off immediately.

These clamps are a bit long. For instance, if you have big boobs that droop (if you have big boobs that don’t droop I want to know what brand of helium you use) then these clamps can easily hit your navel, which isn't the sexiest. The pads on the tips are also small for larger nipples. To get the clamps to stay on well I put them a bit closer to my body than I would a different kind of clamp. This meant that they stayed on well but weren't contacting a large portion of my nipple.

These clamps are easy to clean. The little rubberized bits on the ends simply slip off for cleaning. I can't seem to find material data on what those pieces are made out of, so I can't promise they are silicone and/or non-porous. Consequently, try not to put them in situations with high potential for bacteria exposure. Giving both the metal clamp and the small rubbery bits a good wash in soap and water should clean them quite nicely. 10% bleach solution usually works well, too.

The bells attached to mine have a cute tinkling sound, which is not bad. It makes me feel like even more of a kitten when I tinkle as I squirm. Overall, I found them good for warm-up or when I am on my period and have tender breasts. These clamps are good for individuals who are just starting out or who like light nipple play. If you like a little more bite to your clamps, I am going to suggest passing on these.
