I purchased this a gift for my wife as a "you have been so good to me" gift. Let's face it, though it was me just as well. We have found that wedge/ramp combo works great for your generic positions but also lets us try a few we had never tried before. This product can and should be used by anyone. Let your mind think of new positions. The mix and match lets you bring new angles to old positions. I am, by no means, an expert in the art of making love, but the change of angle an angle seems to make a whole lot of difference. Care for the product pretty simple: the cover unzips, place in washer, and then tumble dry. We store them in their bags in the closet.
