Fizz lubricant by Topco Sales - review by Carrie Ann

I've had Fizz Lube on my wishlist since the first time I saw it. Fizzy flavored good stuff would simply *have* to make a blowjob fun, right? Well, yes and no.

Let's start from the beginning, shall we?

Fizz comes in a really nifty soda bottle shaped container with a twist off top. Unfortunately as others have stated, the opening where lube dispenses is quite large, and since it's a thin lube, it can be difficult to only get a small amount. I knew this going in, due to having read many reviews, so I simply used extra care and tipped the bottle slowly.

Since the Fizz is thin, I only doled out a small amount; about the size of a penny into the palm of my hand, and then used my hand to apply it to my parnter's penis. It spread well, coating his shaft without running all over the place. If I'd used a larger amount it probably would have been a bit messy. A little goes a long way!

We ordered the lemon lime flavor (though I didn't look closely at the picture and EF lists it as lime, not lemon lime, so I was kind of disappointed) and it pretty much smells and tastes exactly like a flat Diet Sprite. No fizz in the Fizz, and it definitely has a sugar free after-taste.

Neither of those things are necessarily bad. Not bad enough to make me regret ordering it, anyhow. A bit of fizz would have been fun but, in reality, I can't complain about a good flavored lube just cuz it's not carbonated. And it is a good lube - it added flavor and slickness, encouraging my mouth to water, which is exactly what I want a flavored lube to do when I'm using it for oral sex. The diet soda taste is not my favorite thing in the world, since I don't drink diet soda, but it *is* a sugar free lube so it was also expected. And, truly, those who drink diet soda on a regular basis will likely not even notice the taste as they're accustomed to it. It's not a bad aftertaste or a lubey taste or even a chemical taste. It just tastes sugar free.

After applying the Fizz the flavor was pretty intense at first, but then faded to a nice soda poppy hint that lasted a lot longer than I expected it to. Oral sex with this lube lasted about ten minutes before we moved on to other things. I never had to reapply. My spit seemed to keep it slick and the flavor, while it faded a bit, never totally went away. In fact, we moved on to vaginal sex and didn't need to add extra lube to make things comfortable. Bonus!

It also doesn't get exceptionally sticky icky, like a lot of flavored lubes, and washes off easily with a warm wet washcloth when you're finished.

Fizz does contain glycerine and parabens, however, so those who may be sensitive to either ingredient should use caution and common sense. Don't use it vaginally if you're prone to yeast infections, don't order it if parabens give you grief.
