Bodyfluid review

Lubricant by Fun Factory

This toy was definitely designed
As someone who prefers water-based lubricants, I found Bodyfluid provides a nice alternative, especially for playing in water. I used the lube for masturbation and anal play, and I will definitely keep it around as an occasional substitute to thick, water-based lubes.

Let me start with how the product worked best for me. I found Bodyfluid ideal for anal play. When using Bodyfluid for inserting a toy in the shower, underwater, or on the dry floor, a little goes a long way—well, longer than any water-based lube. Anyone who has tried using an anal toy in the shower with a water-based lube has probably found it quite difficult and frustrating because even if the water is hitting your chest, all the water splashing around in the shower can rinse the lube away rather quickly. As a silicone-based lube, one good application of Bodyfluid on my toy and asshole proved sufficiently long lasting. Even performing an anal insertion underwater in the bath went well and required a relatively small amount of lube with little to no reapplication.

When it comes to stroking my cock, Bodyfluid remains second to thick, water-based lubes. In the shower, I enjoyed using Bodyfluid for masturbation because it resists washing off and made it so that the shower jets themselves could hit the full front of my body as my hurriedly, yanking hand brought me to climax. Using the lube to masturbate underwater required me to keep reapplying it, even though the anal toys slide just fine in the same bath water (maybe it’s just me). Outside the water, I never quite got the slick motion for jerking off, despite several attempts.

The chief complaint that most people have about silicone-based lubes is feeling oily and sticky long after using them. Bodyfluid really meets the challenge by being both slick and moisturizer-like. After washing off your hands, butt cheeks, etc. with warm water and soap you may feel a little bit of oiliness. With time, that feeling dissipates and leaves the areas feeling soft. I can only think to compare it to lotions that just need a little time to soak in. Once, I tried just wiping off my dick with a tissue and putting my shorts back on. To my pleasant surprise, the lube dried on its own without leaving an oily residue, which I am rather particular about avoiding.

On a different matter, the bottle has a sleek style to it, but the metallic container prevents you from seeing how much lube you have left. On the plus side, the bottle dispenses the product through a small-mouthed pump to keep you from wasting or spilling a relatively expensive lube (as compared to water-based products); I found the pump worked well.

In short, consider Bodyfluid especially if you want to get into the water or like using anal toys. It may not be my everyday lubricant, but it certainly fills a specific need in my own collection.

I love Bodyfluid as well. Just be careful using silicone toys with it.
