Definitely NOT a Sad Panda!

Cute and functional with pocket rocket style vibrator with it's different texture caps will provide a variety of sensations on your skin. The extra length the character gives to the handle makes it easy to hold and maneuver. The strong and yet not too intense vibrations make this the Goldilocks of pocket rockets!

Use

Pandy the Panda from the Buzz-Buddies line form TME is a powerful "pocket rocket" style vibrator. Useful for more than just clitoral stimulation, The buzz buddy can soothe and achy muscle or tickle the nipples. It's shower and lubricant friendly and provides a powerful but not numbingly strong vibration from one AA battery.

Material / Texture

Made from hard plastic it's easy to clean and smooth. It's compatible with all lubricant types, but the plastic is slick and sometimes hard to grip when all lubed up. Hypoallergenic and is phthalate free the plastic has no smell or taste to it.

Design / Shape / Size

A pocket rocket in the same realm of the infamous "Hello Kitty" style, the Buzz Buddies like features a powerful pocket rocket vibrator topped with a cute as a button cartoon-ish animal. The packaging has a little back story about the character which, while cute, is irrelevant but doesn't detract form the awesomeness(in my opinion) of this toy. The extra length the handle gets with the added girth of the character makes it easier to hold and maneuver than the shorter styles. The added plastic of the character also buffers the vibration making it easier to hold for longer periods of time without being jiggled to numbness. Where the Buzz Buddies really pulls ahead of the pack is with the four texture caps it comes with:

Rounded- Smooth and great for teasing the skin as well as concentrating vibration in one area

Flat "spikes"- provides a gentle scratching sensation that is fan-fucking-tastic on the nipples

"Flower" Pattern- provides a flat surface, while the raised dots don't really add texture, they do provide a space for lube or massage oil to flow through, helping keep things nice and slick.

domed bumps- This provides more of a tickle sensation than the spikes and since it's rounded it glides over the skin very easily with or without lube.

Functions / Performance / Controls

As with most pocket rockets, it only has one speed. In my opinion, it's the perfect level of intensity. It's the Goldilocks of pocket rockets! It's powerful enough to keep the Hitachi crowd happy but not so overpoweringly intense that someone who grabs it as their first toy will be scared. It is a little on the loud side, as most pocket rockets are. I liked how the battery compartment doesn't just fall off if you accidentally twist it from "on" to "open", and you don't have to pull with all your might to get the two halves open either. It also doesn't eat through batteries like some toys, i've gone about 6 30min+ uses on the same battery and still going strong(at the time of writing)

Care and Maintenance

The Buzz buddies clean easily with soap and water(make sure the battery is out and it's fully closed) but don't submerge when it's open! It can easily be wiped down with toy cleaner wipes, alcohol, or 10% bleach solution. Prolong the life of your toys, don't store them with the batteries in!

I love this thing! It's so cute! The different sensations and interchangeable caps provided really keep things from getting monotonous or routine.

  • Overheating Bzzz buddies
    • Do the metal balls ever overheat and hurt during use? I was curious cause I think they are so cute, but a burning clit however is not cute :(

  • Widgets and options such as color choices
    • I'd like to use a widget of the BzzzBuddies in my blog, but the system won't let me save more than one of the same item to my desktop. I've run into this problem before when attempting to choose specific colors of products for widgets.

      Is there a way to do this which I am overlooking, or is this simply not possible?

      Right now there does not seem to be a way to add more than one style or color of the same product to a widget. I completely understand that this feature would be desirable and useful, especially if you want to talk about a specific version of a toy or if you want to compare versions.

      I'll look into this issue more and update this thread if/when new options are available.

    • Hi! One thing about the BzzzBuddies that's certain -- they sure get people buzzzing (sorry, couldn't resist). We at TME understand the toy isn't for everyone, and that's a-okay. Nothing ever is though, is it? And that's what's so awesome about human sexuality :) We've had an enthusiastic reception at trade shows and in adult stores, mainstream stores, etc and yes, have heard from those who didn't get it or didn't find the toys their thing. Those who like this generally gravitate to all things cute, colorful and playful (like I do) and they're especially popular with the anime / kawaii crowd. Many of us like to have crazy-fun-time in the bedroom -- think pony tails and bobby socks! But we've found that our fans so far are much more than that: Bachlorettes, newcomers to toys, those who love to role-play, and those who want to give an ice breaker gift with a playful edge have all shown their love for the BzzzBuddies.

      Thanks for the honest feedback! This is why we love the Edenfantasys community. I'm definitely keeping track of all suggestions and comments so that we can keep it in mind for all the fun stuff we have planned for the future.

      P.S. The tips we chose because they're standard for introductory rockets and provide texture that many body massage enthusiasts go for (such as a light, vibrating scratch up and down the back -- it sends an exhilirating chill, I guarantee you, especially with warming massage oils!), but you all have provided inspiration for other tips that we can introduce in the future that would be fun for more sensitive areas. Until then, the rounded tip and nub-dot tip are my personal favorites for when the fun massage gets serious ;)
