I fell in love with this vibrator at first glance! I wanted something cute that would reflect my personality, and this vibe does just that, and more. Clitoral stimulation is obviously the best use for these little buddies, but the interchangeable caps also make it acceptable for massaging out neck pain. I didn't think I would be able to reach climax with this tiny toy, but I was surprised at the punch it packed and was eventually able to reach orgasm with some assistance from a dildo. Bzzz buddies would not be ideal for any penetration because of it's miscellaneous shape, and short stature. The shape itself can be awkward to grip in certain positions, but it is overall easy to use.

Straight out of the box Shivers has no smell, and bold colors. Each buddy is made out of plastic and comes with four different textured caps. I find the best use without any cap, since some of the caps are not appropriate for sensitive areas. The tip provides three metal balls that conduct great vibrations, and initially supply a chilling touch. I recommend using a cap if you are a beginner, because the vibrations are quite strong. The hard plastic can handle any type of lubrication you prefer to use.

I can't stress enough how adorable the Bzzz Buddies line of toys are! They are a great size for the power they provide, and with the smooth rounded tip it is easy to store. The only drawback is keeping up with all the extra tips. The vibrator is easy to hide, but I almost want to sit it out to show it off because they are so cute and fun. This toy could easily travel with you, but it does have a rather high noise level, so you won't be discreet if you aren't in a room alone. If they were a bit taller you could try to pass them off as a pen in a pencil cup.

The bare tip is perfect for intense clitoral stimulation, and I find it isn't too much or too little in contact area. This is perfect for concentrated area stimulation, which will serve well for advanced users, but use with a tip dulls the vibrations and would be beneficial to beginners. I am not sure the intentions of the pointy or prickly caps, as their contact was agitating for use on my private areas. This might not be the same for someone else.

With a simple twist, the buddy turns on (or opens up when turned in opposite direction), but only has one vibration level. As previously pointed out this can be dulled with the use of any of the tips. The vibrations are concentrated at the tip, but can be felt throughout the whole toy if you want to try to use the "buddy" for stimulation. The tips were my least favorite function, as they aren't useful for me (other then to cap and store), and they are hard to keep up with since they don't have their own case. The toy is listed as waterproof, but I haven't used it in the water; however, it holds up well during wet and messy play.

As the name says, you can expect a noticeable BZZZ'ing noise. The noise level is higher then I expected for it's size, but isn't so loud that I would wake the neighbors. I don't see it being a problem if you are behind closed doors.

Low maintenance, like the perfect relationship! Since the buddies are made of hard plastic they can be used with any and all types of lubricant, and provide easy cleanup. A quick wipe with a toy cleaner, recap, and away it goes until next use.

The see-through box gives you a full view of the toy and all the caps provided. It is also perfect for storage. On the back of the box is the story of your new buddy, and a display for collecting them all. The toy is self explanatory with small text to show where to turn for opening, off, and power. The Bzzz buddies require 1-AA battery, which isn't included.
