Bzzz Buddies are a unique line of toys that are just right for someone who loves CUTE, anime, or is a collector. This is not the best vibrator out there, especially for the price range.

Use

The Bzzz Buddies are a line of cute toys with a back story. They're designed to be collectible (a set of 4 so far) and the Bzzz Buddies web siteoffers downloadable wallpapers, games, stories, polls, and links to follow the buddies on Facebook and twitter. This line of 'personal massagers' would be fun for anyone into cartoons along with their sexy time. The general look and feel of these toys and their site is actually VERY toy-like. By toy-like I mean as in "Hello Kitty" or similar.

Material / Texture

The Bzzz Buddies are made of hard shiny plastic, which is body-safe and phthalate-free. There is no smell, but some users might find this toy too rigid. The four caps that fit over the vibrating end are very rigid, and two of them have sharp points that might not feel so good on tender body areas. HOWEVER, for sensory play, this might be just the new sensation you're looking for.

Design / Shape / Size

Bzzz Buddies are fairly small, and could be mistaken for a large pen or other novelty toy. This may not be the MOST discreet, but it's definitely not phallic. Nobody will mistake your little buddy for a penis. However, the cartoon character head with the anime eyes can be a little unsettling. This design may or may not seem sexy to everyone, but for the right person, it could be a great time! The toys are very CUTE, not overtly SEXY.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Bzzz Buddies have one speed: BZZZZZZZZ. This is a strong vibration that's on the opposite end of the cartoon character. TME advertises this as 'waterproof' but water-resistant is more likely. This toy is powered by 1 AA battery, which is not included. Twisting the shaft turns the toy to 'on' 'off' or 'open' - which allows for battery insertion.

Care and Maintenance

Because Bzzz Buddies are hard plastic, they can easily be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping down with isopropyl alcohol.

These toys are also compatible with all types of lubricants: water-based, oils, and silicone-based lubes.

Packaging

The Bzzz Buddies package is very child-like. The clear box holds the toy and interchangeable caps nestled in a clear tray. Cartoon characters and (in my case the polar bear) "Shivers' story" decorate the box, along with an invitation to "meet and collect them all!"

Follow-up commentary
This toy is still just a little too cute for me! The pocket-rocket buzz is great, as long as I don't look at it. This gets little use.

    Um, her stuff doesn't vibrate, though.

    I'm glad you liked it. It's too cute for me. I think nasty thoughts when I'm trying to get off. I like vibes that are huge jet black and look like penises.

    They are cute though. Although an entire "set" would cost you well over $100.00.

    There is a really good response (below) from Zoey Glass of TME about the design and who these appeal to.
    They're super-cute, but definitely not for everyone.
