This vibrator was found in the g-spot vibrator section, but that's not where I find it to be most useful. When the batteries are fresh and the vibration patterns are strong, the Harmonia is an amazing addition to your usual foreplay or warm-up. Run the head of the vibrator over nipples, a clitoris, or anywhere else you might be sensitive. For an added thrill, blindfold and tease your partner by trailing it over their skin.

The penetrative aspects, while not as appealing for myself and my partner, are still plenty and the different vibration settings and patterns make sure there is something to tickle any fancy.

The body of Harmonia is made of food-grade silicone and, thankfully, taste-free. The finish is smooth, if a bit matte. If you like a little bit of drag on insertion then the toy is fine as it is, but if not I recommend making sure that you are well lubricated before using.

If you're looking to use the toy only externally it moves beautifully along the body when the vibrations are turned on, the skin of the toy feeling almost velvety, even without lubrication.

The shape of the Harmonia is a slightly waved, fluid, gentle hook-shape. The insertable length is a reasonable 6 3/4" with the head of the toy being just over 4" in circumference and the base being 5 1/2" around. If you're not comfortable with larger inserts, this might not be for you right off the bat. I owned it for almost 4 months before I was comfortable with Harmonia's size. The flexibility is a major asset of the toy though, making maneuvering it on your own easier and allowing you to stimulate internally and externally at the same time if you want.

While it would be easy to hide this toy (it did come with it's own velvet storage bag) you'll want to show off the beautiful design.

Harmonia has 8 settings, with the first 3 being standard low, medium, and high flat vibrations. The next 5 combine the three intensity-levels to make good variety of vibrations to suit nearly every user. The lowest vibration can seem a little weak if you're not very sensitive, but the gap between the lowest setting and the highest is enough that it should work for everyone on some level. That said, Harmonia is best used for moderately-dispersed vibrations and it is difficult to pinpoint the effect. However, the head of the toy is where the vibrations can be most-felt and so, if you're going for clitoral stimulation or over-body teasing, aim to use the upper half.

This vibrator is quiet! You might still be able to hear it over a blanket and within the same room, unless your walls are paper-thin, you won't have to worry about someone else hearing you. If you're still paranoid, turn on a little music at a moderate volume; it should easily cover Harmonia's hum from any prying ears.

This is the easiest toy to care for in my opinion. After use, make sure to clean it in warm water with a mild soap or toy cleaner. You can use wipes if you prefer, but water and soap is just as good. I recommend either letting it dry naturally, or using a non-shedding cloth to pat it dry since it is prone to picking up lint and fabric fibers.

Harmonia comes with its own velvet bag, but it does shed little fuzzies that stick to the toy. Storing it in the box it arrived in is the way to go. The package displays the toy tastefully and looks good whether you're storing it under your bed, in your closet, or on your bookshelf.

The Harmonia packaging really is the icing on top of this sweet cake. The box that Harmonia comes in is white matte and has a muted picture of a couple holding the toy on the top flap. The rest of the design is very minimal. When you open the top flap, you can see the toy behind a thin "window" in the box. It is settled in a foam inset that makes sure your toy doesn't roll around and then tucked away in the top drawer of the box. There is another drawer under this that comes with the velvet carrying bag, a sample of water-based lubricant, a single-use toy wipe, a silicone cock-ring, 2 AAA batteries, and a little catalog in a host of different languages.

The freebies that came with Harmonia were really astounding. Many toys on the market come in plain blister-packs or thin cardboard boxes, and you have to provide your own batteries and lube (when needed). The batteries are only generic brand, but I find taking them out after every use and replacing them in the bottom drawer helps them last longer and keeps me from having to worry about corrosion in the toy.

Overall, I've been considering buying one for my best friend, sure in the knowledge that this neither looks like, nor performs like, a cheap sex toy. It would make the perfect, mature, gift for a close friend you know is in need of a vibrator.
