Harmonia - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Close2You - review by Ropey

My favorite feature of the toy is its happy silicone green-ness! That is what attracted me to it - the material and the color. It is a silky smooth, luxe material, for a pretty great price. I had no issues with the shape, texture, or overall feel of the toy. It is a joy to look at. I like dark toys normally (purples, blacks, maroon, deep blues), but this was a true breath of fresh air (or green?) to my collection. It is neither neon, nor juvenile, but simply modern and upbeat. It's energizing, even.

Looks aside, the biggest downfall of the toy was its overall performance (or lack thereof). While the toy tickled my hand, it unfortunately did little to tickle the areas it's intended to. It was made for g-spot stimulation, and while the shape of the head is pleasant, the vibrations either don't travel far enough up the toy, or are unable to be felt through the thickness of the head. I had seen this mentioned in other reviews, but thought that maybe those were people that needed more bang for their batteries. I am a newbie to sex toys, and don't really require that much stimulation, but was sorely disappointed with this toy.

Those were the major good and bad aspects of the toy, now here's the nitty gritty:

The toy is well made, has no smells, and I did not feel the seam while in use.

As it is silicone, a silicone based lube is not recommended, but a water based lube should be used.

Cleaning should be easy, as it's waterproof, and you can use a toy cleaner or simple soap and water.

I appreciated the extra goodies: includes a c ring, pouch, sample lube, toy wipe, batteries, and a great box.

I do not have anything against this brand, and may be trying some of their other toys in the future.

The Harmonia deserves a true 3 vrooms at best, and is a quiet 2 bees.

It is a non-intimidating toy that should be appropriate for any level of toy user, so long as they're ok with weaker vibration levels.

I was excited for this toy but was left quite underwhelmed. Upon first use, I teased myself externally for a bit, noticing that my hand was getting more action than the parts I was using the head on. Upon insertion, I was let down even more. I tried all speeds and vibration patterns, and was barely able to feel a thing! The best use for the toy that I found, was clitoral stimulation.

I got this toy because I wanted to be able to bend it slightly while inserted, and get some good external vibes going as well, but this did not work either.

I tried using this toy internally and another vibrator externally, and it was still a no go. I finally switched to a glass toy internally and a vibrator externally and was able to be satisfied. I really don't think I need that much stimulation...

I tried it on my nipples even, which are quite sensitive to stimulation, and it didn't even do anything there! My FREE toy that I got with my last order did an overall better job than the Harmonia, I'm quite sorry to say.

The only thing left is to try it with intercourse, and let you know how that goes.

I will do a follow-up review, but I don't have my hopes up for any kind of change.

Really, I wouldn't even consider this a good warm up toy. I will try using it again, to see if it was my mood or something like that, but from the looks of things I will not be keeping it!
