When I opened it, I realized there are different settings. One button operates the smaller stimulator while the other button operates the larger area. You can have one or the other vibrating, or both if you prefer. There are different different vibrating settings. You can have a steady vibration or one that peaks and calms then peaks again. There are many different settings. The bumps add to the sensation for anyone that wants a little more internal stimulation.

This is a very generous vibrator. I might not recommend this one for someone new to this type of vibrator. Most of the vibration settings are pretty intense. The size was slightly intimidating to me when I took it out of the box. If you decide to purchase this and are not used to a toy this size, I'd suggest using a lubricant with it the first time until you're used to it. The material is soft but I found it slightly uncomfortable for sliding purposes compared to toys of other materials that I've tried.

If I have any complaints about this particular vibrator it's that it's rather noisy, in my opinion. Other than that, this vibrator was just right for me.
