Warm water and soap or antibacterial toy cleaner

Since it is silicone, if you want to sterilize, you could wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution or rubbing alcohol on a cloth. Wash with warm water and cleaner or soap and rinse well. No dishwasher or boiling but the silicone parts can be washed just about anyway you might want. According to the product page, it's waterproof, so it may even be submersible. You'd want to check on that though.
