Use

The Sugar Bumps is a silicone rabbit-style vibe with two motors, one in the main shaft and one in the clit-stimulating mini shaft. Unlike the original Rabbit vibe, the main shaft of the Sugar Bumps does not twist; it only vibrates.

Typical usage involves inserting the main shaft and letting the smaller one stimulate the clit, but I guess you could always get creative with different genitalia, and have the shaft inserted anally with the stimulator under the balls. I myself have not tried that, and furthermore, I must add that you'd have to be very accomplished and experienced in order to be comfortable with this big guy in your ass. The widest part of it reaches 1 3/4 inches, which is quite thick. It felt a bit uncomfortable and overwhelming inside of me, and I wished it were thinner. I found this to be the main drawback of the sugar bumps; but size queens will love it.

It is labeled "waterproof" but I would not immerse it in water. There is a silicone ring around the screw-in battery compartment, and a silicone plug in a small hole at the base, but I wouldn't use it under water - doing so will probably lead to the toy breaking down sooner, because moisture will find a way to get in. I think it would be okay to use it in the shower, as long as it's not totally in the center of the water spray.

Material / Texture

It is made of a velvety-soft and transparent silicone that is more firm than squishy, but still bendable. The bumps along the shaft do add significant stimulation; the ridges heighten the sensation of penetration. The clit tickler has some nubs, but I didn't observe any real effect of these.

Design / Shape / Size

When the shaft was inserted, the clitoral stimulator was well-placed on the exterior of the vagina, and sensations were distributed throughout. The main problem I encountered was its thickness, which is 1 3/4 in the ridges. This is just too filling and intense for regular usage for me, but others might like it. It's definitely not a toy for those who are novices to penetration.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls were very easy to use, and there are really a wide range of vibrating patterns to choose from. There's a different on/off button and mode selection button for each bullet vibe (one bullet is located at the tip of the shaft, and the other is in the clit tickler). The mode selection button cycles each bullet through 3 levels of steady intensity and 7 levels of different rhythms - including "gradient burst" and "roller coaster spurt", according to the insert. It's definitely on the loud side, especially when on high.

The vibes are like those produced by a strong bullet - but multiplied by two, since there are two individual bullet vibes in this toy. It's rather strong for a battery-operated vibe, and I experienced no slow down when both were on at max. (Note that I was using freshly charged rechargeable batteries.)

Care and Maintenance

Because it has electrical components, you cannot boil this silicone shaft in order to sterilize it. You can however, wash it with a 10% bleach and water solution, then wash again with soap and water and rinse well in order to sterilize this pure silicone dildo.

Use only water-based, not silicone-based, lube on this silicone shaft.

It takes 4 AAA batteries, which makes it a powerful dual bullet. I used rechargeable batteries, and they certainly powered it up.

To extend the life of the toy, also be sure to remove the batteries for storage.

Packaging

It came in a simple plastic package that indicates it's made in China, is 100% silicone, and features 10 vibration modes.
