Perfect First Time Vibe
The Velvet Touch Vibe is a wonderful vibe for anyone who seeks a slim and sleek vibrator to use when they are all alone or even with a partner. I would recommend this vibrator to anyone seeking to purchase a first one or even just looking for a simple, 3-speed vibrator to add to their collection. This vibe is one of my favorites and it's really no surprise why! The Velvet Touch Vibrator is sleek and rather pretty to look at. It's 7" long, although only 6 of those inches are useable. It is rather slim with a 3" circumference but I find that the power that it contains outweighed my disappointment in the girth. The vibe does feel very much like velvet and warms up in the palm of your hand much more quickly than straight plastic or metal vibrators. That is certainly appreciated. It's fun to touch, doesn't catch on skin as easily as plastic does and has little to no smell.
I enjoy using this vibe for the simplicity of it. Two double A batteries, a quick check to make sure that everything is on tight, and you're off. There are three speed settings, each more intense with the last. Also, the noise gets a little louder every time you turn it up so beware. Housemates and nosy friends can hear this little vibe through the door. Despite the noise, this toy is still one of my favorites. It's fairly easy to clean, just a quick wash in the sink or with your favorite toy cleaner. Just check all the plastic knob bits; I've found that liquid will sometimes catch between the vibe and the knob and dry. I suggest cleaning after every use. I've never had an issue with staining during any time of the month as long as I cleaned right afterwards. This toy is very diverse in its uses.
It's slim enough to use either vaginally or anally, just use proper protection and make sure it is very clean either way. The low setting is wonderful for gentle nipple and clitoral simulation, allowing this toy to also be wonderful in foreplay along with the main act. Feel free to use either water or silicone based lubes with this toy, you won't damage it a bit. This toy is certainly a favorite of mine and I will not hesitate to replace it when (if!) it ever dies on me.

I am still in love with this vibrator. It is the first vibrator I reach for when searching for something to get off with. I have had no issues with this vibrator since I bought it about a year ago. The motor has not begun to even show signs of failing and still runs on AA batteries like a champ. There have been no signs of wear and tear on the material. Cleaning is still as easy as ever. If this little vibe ever goes out on me, I'll definitely replace it with a new Velvet Touch Vibe!

Getting rid of stains on my Velvet Touch vibe?

LinLinHi, I accidentally used my Velvet touch vibrator during my period (like I started going and I didn't notice that I was already spotting). Since then it has some mild yellowing (I got it in lavander) and I don't know how to get rid of the stains! It does not seem to have an odor or anything, but does anyone have any tips on how I can get rid of the stains? I love this toy and its my first and only one I own, but I'm so annoyed with the staining!
Any help would be appreciated! -
You could try cleaning it with a bleach solution, but honestly it might just be stained. I'd say that if it doesn't smell and you've cleaned it real well, that might just be it. It won't affect the usability at all though, which is good. :)

Or that the machine itself is faulty? I've had this toy for over four years, only had to change the battery once, and it has remained clean, odorless, retained its color, vibrations are as strong as when I first purchased/used it, and it never malfunctioned on it. Although it's a very inexpensive toy, it has outlasted all others in pleasure and in worth! Go for it!

I had mine for at least a year before it stopped working. When it stopped working, there was rust under the twisting part of the cap, so I likely caused it to stop working by not being careful when washing it. This was a FABULOUS toy when I had it, and I would buy another if I needed another basic vibe. For $13, you can't really go wrong. Don't abuse it (drop it, get the cap or insides wet) and it should last quite a while.
