The Velvet Touch vibrator is great for anyone. It's good for use by males, females, couples, or by yourself. It can be used for stimulation of the clitoris,or inserted vaginally. You can use it on just about anywhere on the body, like the nipples, for an extra boost of sensation. From beginners to the more advanced, this product is suitable for everyone.

It is waterproof and can be used in the tub, shower, or in the bedroom. For me, personally, I got the most enjoyment out of rubbing it gently up and down my clitoris. I was not a fan of the product otherwise. This product is not the easiest to stick into a purse and take just anywhere. It is also very noisy and I would not recommend use in a dorm or roommate living situation.

The Velvet Touch Vibrator is made of PU coated plastic. This material comes in at a 7 on the safety scale and is Phthlates free. It has a firm, smooth, almost silk-like feeling to it. It also has a slight slick feeling to it. It is easy to grasp and rub your hand up and down the body of the vibrator.

Upon opening the package I did not notice a smell, nor did I notice a smell after removing it from the box. As far as taste goes I did put it in my mouth and tasted nothing. The fact that it has a silky, velvet feeling to it added a more gentle feeling when using it. The texture also aided in insertion. If you are naturally wet, the velvet texture makes insertion rather easy without lubrication.

The design of this vibrator is that of your traditional vibrator. It has a tapered tip for easy insertion, which goes into a 7' long, smooth, slim body. The base screws off so that the 2 AA batteries required to use this vibrator can be inserted. The batteries are not included. The controls are also located at the base. It is a dial base.

It has multiple speeds, ranging from slow, steady vibrations to much faster, stronger, and more intense vibrations. The controls are easy to find and use. The base also has writing on it, with arrows pointing the directions for speeds low to high. The design was simple and easy to work with. I personally like the products size, although I was a little intimidated about its length upon seeing it. Once holding it, I realized that it was perfect in size. This product is not easy to hide. While not easy to hide, it does look like one of those giant pens, so the product itself is somewhat discreet looking. It cannot just be thrown into a purse and taken anywhere. A suitcase you could get away with, but you can not store it in anything smaller then a make up bag.

The velvet touch vibe comes in 4 different colors; pink, lavender, magenta, and rose. I chose lavender, which is a really cute light purple color. All in all, the size of this product was great, but I could not hear a damn thing after using it.

The vibrations in the Velvet Touch vibrator can be felt through out the entire vibrator. When on any speed, this product is sensational. The vibrations, although steady, are intense and strong throughout. In the shower it worked just as well as on the bed. The only thing about taking it into the shower or tub is making sure that the battery cap is on tightly. If not properly put on, water can seep in and destroy your toy. The controls are very easy to find and use. The biggest flaw with this toy is the noise level. When turning it on, I could only use it in small doses. It sounded like someone was laying on a car horn. My sister actually walked by, knocked on my door, and asked what I was doing. I live in a town house and she could hear this from down the hall.

This product is pretty easy when it comes to cleaning. When cleaning after use you can use warm water and soap or toy cleaner. When it comes to actual dirt or lint getting on the vibrator that is another story. I had some kind of dirt get on the lower part of this product and I cannot for the life of me get it off. I've even tried scrubbing it with a sponge and nothing works.

As for lubricants, water and silicone based are the best for this toy. I also tried using this product with a micro bullet. It worked it felt wonderful, but was a little on the complicated side when trying to use both at the same.

I usually keep the boxes that my toys come in so that when it is time to put it away I throw it in the box and back into the dresser. If you don't keep the boxes though, it can be put into a dresser or drawer with ease. I would recommend removing the batteries when not using the toy because corrosion is a pain in the rear and seems to happen at the worst of times.

The Velvet Touch vibe came in a clear plastic, flip top open box. The toy was visible. The front of the box states the name of the product and states that the product is waterproof. The back of the box states that the product is a 7", multi-speed, waterpoof, and that the vibrator is made with ABS plastic. Along with the toy there was an instruction manual. It included how to insert the batteries, some ways to fix possible electrical malfunction problems, actual use of the product, and warnings on the use of the product.

My overall, personal experience with the product was great when it came to penetration or to simply stimulating the clitoris. This vibe has a lot of power behind it. It gets the job done and it does it well. The only thing I did not like was how loud it was. I was rather upset when I turned it on just to hear the noise level of this product. It's a great product and it comes in super cute colors, but the noise is just unbearable for me.
