Swing, and a hit!
The Form 6 has a home in everyone's toy collections. It is pricey but the one year warranty and Jimmyjane reputation mean this toy should last you for through lots of play of all different kinds.Published: March 11, 2011
Pros:
Sleek, elegant, powerful, versatile
Cons:
Price
To me, the Jimmyjane Form 6 looks like a baseball bat. I loved baseball long before I owned this black beauty, but I like it a lot more now! The Form 6, like the rest of the series (Form 2 and 3) are artfully designed, sleek, made of high quality, body safe silicone, waterproof, rechargeable, travel friendly, odorless, tasteless, have some gorgeous color choices, include a docking station, arrive beautifully packaged, and will do everything but your dishes (a shame on that last bit, eh?)
Form 6 is for newbies and vibrator pros alike and would work for all genders, shapes, and sizes. This vibe is not a one trick pony and it literally has something for everyone. The design is unique because it has dual motors. There is one in the smaller end. This end is good for g spotting, tucking up under the ball sack, and running down the ears, neck, and other erogenous zones. The vibrations in this end are somewhat buzzier and higher pitched. The large end also has its own motor. This end feels nice laid over the clit and entire vulva, moves easily up and down a penile shaft, and can be rested or run over sore shoulders after a long day of work or play. The vibrations in the end are deeper and more rumbly in feel. Need a recap? It works the clitoris, g spot, nipples, back, shoulders, penis, scrotum, labia, and that partridge in your pear tree.
The specs on the Form 6 show the entire toy is quite firm and unyielding. It measures about 7 inches in length with a banana like curve towards the smaller, rounder end, that measures 1.25 inches around. The larger end is about 1.6 inches around and has a more elliptical curved tip. I find both ends are easily inserted as long as you have a dab of water based lube nearby (no silicone here since it would ruin your toy). The silicone skin has a smooth texture with a small, indistinguishable seam running up the outsides. I don't notice it in use. There is also a small metal ring around the neck near the smaller end. This is where the "rechargeable" bit comes in.
The metal neck connects to the charging dock that plugs into your wall. I thought this might be uncomfortable but I don't notice it either. And, the charging dock is really handy for recharging and keeping the dust off your toy. It actually comes with a clear plastic cover. Amazing. Not so amazing are the 4 little white lights that blink when it charges and glow steady when it is fully charged. I had to remove the Form 6 from my nightstand to the drawer because they were too bright for me to sleep through! That could just be me though. The first charge is your standard 8 hours but it drops to about2 hours after that and one charge should last you over a week (especially if you store your Form on the charging dock).
Back to the motors. The two motors (two!) are independently controlled by a series of 3 buttons that sit under the surface of the silicone on the larger end of the toy. The small dot near the smaller end controls the small head. There is an "S" curve in the middle and this button cycles through the functions. There is a larger "O" shaped button closer to the larger end that controls the larger end. These buttons are my nemeses! They are incredibly hard to depress and sometimes the skin on my fingers feels a little sore after using the toy. Part of the problem is that you have to press and hold either circular button for 3 seconds to turn the Form 6 on (or off). This is great for travel because nothing in your bag is going to be able to accidentally turn it on. It's just not as nice for my fingers. It's also frustrating because if you decide to use the larger end as an insertable toy, you can't access the buttons as easily.
If you like patterns, this toy has patterns. 6 in all. You have a constant, steady vibration, oscillation (moving from end to end), reverberation (revving fast and slow), thrum (fast pulsing like a drum beat), ripple (high speed pulsing with sharp high points), and pulse (pulsing waves of vibrations). I was surprised to see that the vibrations travel the entire length of the toy. Also, when you turn the toy off, it remembers what vibration mode you left it on. No struggling to remember which pattern it is that brings you over the edge.

Experience
The Form 6 is a little louder than some vibrators, but it doesn't hold a candle to a wand. With a blanket and some background noise, there shouldn't be anyone listening at the door to hear what you're up to. It is also covered by shower noise if you want to exercise your waterproof option.
It also comes beautifully packaged. The Form 6 page on EF shows the exact box it comes in. The box is just so sleek and modern looking and it doesn't scream sex toy! If I were giving it as a gift, the box wouldn't embarrass me.
Experience:
I love the Form 6. It really is so versatile that it's like having several toys in one. It does take some getting used to for finding that sweet spot of pin point vibrations, but once you find it, you've got it made with this toy. It's great for trying new things with a partner though I do prefer it by myself (although it's great for doggy style). And if your partner likes vibrations, the long shape lets you easily contact them from many positions. Overall I think this is a great buy and definitely recommend it.

Form 6 or Je Joue Uma

Looking to invest in a more expensive g-spot vibrator, so I'd like to hear from anyone who has used both what the pros and cons are! Thanks!
[Full disclosure: I already posted a comparison discussion but they dont seem to be super easy for people to find, so I figured I'd try again here.]
Thanks for your thoughts! -

Thanks for your thoughts!
The silicone has a harsh seam (uma's seamless)
The whole vibrator is very rigid, not comfortable to insert (Uma's rigid as well, but a lot smoother)
The vibration on the small end is very buzzy (Uma has one motor, but a very nice one)
The buttons are impossible, if you have the big end inserted, you have to take it out to change the setting (Uma's buttons are on the opposite end of the motor, the buttons are not easy but it's relatively better compare to Form 6).
The silicone attracts so much dust and lint (Uma does this too, but not as bad)
Whiny sound from the motor (uma's a lot quieter)
What's actually good about Form 6:
3 years warranty compared to Uma's one year -

I was leaning towards the uma, but this definitely gives me some concrete reasons why. Anyone out there prefer the form 6? Or is the uma the uncontested favorite?

Form 6 color

Is the pink of the form six the same pink that's on the other vibes in the form series? The 6 always seems to look more bubble-gummy than the pink used on the 2 3 and 4 in all the pictures I've seen. Am I imaging this?

Worth the money?

I'm looking for a high quality vibrator for my wife. Is this one worth the hefty price tag?
-
It seems to be well rated from the reviews. The nice thing about Eden is the unbiased reviews that are provided by the community. Being that it has a fairly hefty price tag, I would recommend that you read through all the reviews and if you still have questions, to ask them on the review itself. You're more likely to receive a better answer that way.

I have it on my Wish list...

lubrication

Is there a lot of drag with this vibe? if so how much lubrication would be necessary?
-
It looks to be the same material as one I had before. Water based lube's your best bet..

I'm dying for this toy! i want it so bad!! I'm just saving up the money for it.
hopefully with the money i save and points i can get it soon!
This is probably the only JJ toy I really want. Kinda wanted the cheaper one (generation 1) but looks like its had its day on EF. I'll have to save for this one in the near future before it disappears too.
