The Xtreme pack G-spot bullet is a fantastic toy for pinpoint clitoral stimulation. It's slender shape and curved tip conform very well to the shape of the finger and allow for some of the most direct and accurate vibrations I've ever had. I happen to prefer mine a little more spread out and desire more pressure than I can apply comfortably with this toy. However, if you're searching for something that's a little more spot-on then this might be the bullet for you.

It can be used for solo masturbation, foreplay and intercourse, though the light show is quite distracting. The vibrations range from teasing to pretty intense and can be felt all through the bullet. They're especially strong in the curve. It's a little noisy too on the highest settings, but it should be fine with a closed door and some background noise to cover that up.

The bullet itself is made of hard plastic with a velvet cote. This gives the toy a softer texture with the nice drag of matte silicone. There is a seam about midway down the bullet, but it's not noticeable in use. It's just a bit of a catch all for gunk and dried lube.

The design of this is great for those that enjoy direct and pinpoint vibrations on the clitoris. The bullet is short, slender and has a gentle curve at the tip. Though the name implies that it's going to give you extreme g-spot pleasure, I haven't found it to be useful for this purpose. It's not really stimulating for insertion at all because of how small it is. The battery pack is a little bulkier than some other bullets I've owned, but still fits in the palm of the hand.

Bullets are typically pretty dull. There are fifty different cream and silver bullets to choose from. The vibrant purple and neon green look awesome together and I am a sucker for pretty toys.

There are five speeds and seven vibration patterns, for a total of thirty-five options for stimulation. The speeds range from low to high. Low is a mild vibration, high is more intense but not numbing, with three settings in between. This allows for a nice build up during masturbation. You can tease yourself a bit and crank up the intensity as you need to. The vibration patterns are more difficult to describe since there are so many and they vary with the speed settings. There is a steady buzz, a couple of pulsing vibrations, a roller coaster/wave type pattern and one that starts out as a wave and then starts pulsing later.

The five buttons on the face of the battery pack allow for pretty easy manipulation of the controls. There is a dedicated on/off button in the center, and two arrow buttons on either side of it to cycle through the speeds and patterns. The up arrow takes you to the next speed or pattern and the down arrow takes you back to the previous. Very simple and easy to use. There is also a rainbow shaped light show that goes on while you're playing with this thing. The light patterns help show you which speed and pattern you're on, but it's also extremely distracting, especially while using with a partner.

The bullet is attached to the battery pack with a neon green cord, kind of like headphones for an ipod. This is convenient for cleaning since the battery pack is not waterproof or even splash proof. You can simply detach it and wash it off. It also helps prevent any strain on the cord that might damage the wires inside.

Unfortunately the detachable bullet also has a very negative side effect. Have you ever had to jiggle or twist the plug to your headphones because only one of them was working or they stopped working all together? That's what this thing does. It's like if the metal plug isn't lined up just right in the hole then it won't transmit the vibrations through to the bullet. The can be irritating if you change the angle of your wrist or something while masturbating and it happens to move the plug, the bullet stops working. Then you have to readjust it. This happens more frequently when you aren't using brand new batteries, so you'll want to make sure that yours are either fully charged or new when you use this toy.

The fact that you can unplug the bullet from the battery pack makes this easier to clean. There is no risk of damaging it with water, since it's not waterproof. Wash the bullet with plain soap and water or a toy cleaner and dry. You'll probably need an old toothbrush to clean the seam around the center of the bullet. It likes to collect gunk and body fluids.

You'll want to store it with the bullet unplugged and without the batteries in place. This will help prevent damage to the wire connector and draining the batteries if it accidentally gets turned on while it's in storage. The velvet cote plastic is pretty durable, so you can use any lube with it.

I was pretty excited to get this bullet because of all the positive reviews. I'm learning slowly that I need to spend more time learning what sort of things I like instead of going with the popular toys. I've been slightly disappointed with a few of them now. I kept having to twist the plug until it came back on and put it back on the setting I needed. On top of the lights being so distracting, it's also awkward to have to focus on holding your arm in a certain position to keep from accidentally moving the plug. When you're so concerned about not moving your arm you can't relax and enjoy your orgasm. I came so close to throwing this vibrator across the room during sex and I kept yelling at it that I hated it because I would get close to an orgasm and the cord would move.

It's pretty and fun to play with, but it can be frustrating too. It seems to get worse with lower battery life when it comes to the irritating things it does. I had really high hopes for this bullet but for me it didn't quite work that well.
