Which is the better plug they are both about the same size 1 1/4" in diameter, but the Luv Plug is 1" longer and 1" longer in insertable length, I know there id a difference in materials , but both are steel, is the Luv plug not stainless or just polished steel?.

From testing of the Worx line, they are just a plated steel. The Njoy line is 100% pure Stainless which is a by far better material. Yes, they are both technically steel, stainless if far superior in terms of corrosion resistance. As long as the finish of the Luv Plug is good it should last just as long but may require a bit more care.
As far as the two toys listed, one is a plug (Pure Plug) while the other is more of a prostate massager. While some folks have good luck with it staying in like a plug, I did not.
