I have sensory processing disorder, so whenever I can hear muffled sounds in the next room, my mind goes a little nuts and can't handle it. Pavlovian is a bit of a stretch. As a young person I would masturbate at the drop of a hat - for entertainment, to ease boredom and yet to ease frustration as well.
