I find paint to be much more fun

I think the paint would be way more fun. Mainly because you could "write" exactly what you want and where.

The souffle is probably thicker than the paint. So it depends on what texture you want.

Paint is so much more fun, but if you use latex kind it could hurt to remove, especially from sensitive areas. Also it could be a mess to remove
