But yes I have indulged in video game/book fanfic smut before quite a bit. I think my worst was when I went through a Snape phase from Harry Potter, HAHA. I really don't know WHY though, but there sure is a lot of smut written about him!

And i agree, I love holding a book in my hands. It's easier for me to access it than having to go on the computer to read something, or whatever device I need to get on.

Thanks! But seriously... think of all the cutting edge technology that just *had* to be invented for naughty purposes-- VCRs, DVD players, the Internet (and internet cams and internet chat...), Polaroid cameras, digital cameras, cell phones (and cell phones with cameras).

There is a shit ton of smut for EVERY Harry Potter character. Have you run across any Cedric Diggory/Edward Cullen crossovers yet? :p I have O.o lol

As it goes with the book vs. computer thing, I'm totally an online reader. Dunno why.

OK I'm caught up...you guys move faster every week! I actually haven't read Red Hot yet, I just started Alison's Wonderland and next in line is Fairy Tale Lust. I really want to read Do Not Disturb: Hotel Sex Stories and Red Hot Erotica after those but based on what you guys are thinking down, I'm definitely in the mood for a little bondage or S&M writing instead.

I do like doing that but it makes my guys look around furritively to see who notices that I'm reading erotica in public! They get more squicked by it than I do, generally I just get a small smile or a raised eyebrow from strangers. It's like they are admitting they do the same thing.

I know, I've heard and can't wait! There was lots of mention on it in the discussion a few weeks back that was about Frenzy- 60 Stories of Sudden Sex. The only warning I've heard is that stories that involve cheating really bother me, it might not be best for me, but it's fiction so I'm ok with it.
