Not as exciting as expected

Unless you are stoned and want a simple game that requires little thinking, look elsewhere. This game is not made to be enjoyed by most adults.

Purpose / Audience

This game is geared towards college aged people who enjoy playing games instead of going out every night. While we fit that category, we still found the game quite boring. The goal of the game is to grow more pot plants than anyone else (or really reach 5 plants before anyone else). The gameplay was very simplistic and didn't hold our attention for even one round.

Rules / Content

Each player is dealt 5 cards (the rules are very unclear here - at one point it says face down, but then later it deals with your hand). Play goes around the circle where each turn consists of drawing a card, playing a card, and then discarding. First player to have 5 pot plants wins that round. You are supposed to play enough rounds to reach 50 points (1 point per plant). Instructions were included, though they were very short and not concise. We were confused after reading the "how to play" card. The card describing the "card values" was very useful, but basic gameplay could have been more detailed.

Design

I think the game is more of a child's game but with an adult theme. It doesn't translate well to an adult product. The pictures on the cards are entertaining and well drawn, but the gameplay leaves most adults lacking. I don't see people choosing this as the first game to play every time.

    • Wouldn't you love to play this while being naughty? I want this so much! Do you agree weed adds so much spice to your sex?
    • We own this game and it's not really a game that involves sex. It's more of a drinking game.. or an .. "if your bored and have nothing else to do" game. I'm sure you could some how incorporate sex into the game.. but you'd have to be really creative lol.

      And as for weed adding to spice up sex.. no, not for me. I prefer sober sex.. but everyone has their own thing ;)
