The Lelo Billy is a prostate vibrator made by Lelo. While I cannot verify Billy being a sister of any other Lelo products, unlike some prostate massagers, this is designed more like you would expect of a G-spot vibrator or a dildo only with the addition of a flared base for safe anal use. There is no external stimulation arm however, so hands free will not work here (more on that later). The best ways to use this toy are solo (vaginal or anal) and any partner would be able to use this in foreplay on the other partner. For anal use, just make sure that you use plenty of water based lube, not silicone, and take it slow on insertion especially if you are new to anal stimulation or slightly larger objects.

To control the toy there is a single button pad with four directions on it up, down, left, and right. Locking and unlocking the toy involves pressing and holding both left and right directions until the light ring comes on. The really awesome thing about this toy is that different patterns are available which include faster and slower pulses and each and every pattern can be used with any of the vibration speeds. Once you get going you can hold the toy still (with your hands as the toy will slip out otherwise) or you can thrust.

The insertable portion of the toy is covered in a high quality soft touch texture silicone coating. There is no flexibility to the shaft and it is hard, but for a toy of this type this is what I want. The texture makes insertion easier with lube.

The design of this toy is pretty good. when I insert this and it slips inside of me, the feeling is euphoria! I own a couple other prostate massagers besides this one and the fullness here is awesome. I don't recommend a beginner starting out with Billy for a couple of reasons. One reason is the price being where it is. $100 plus is a lot of money to spend not knowing if you will like anal/prostate play. Secondly is the size, while not huge, the shaft of this toy requires some patience and a little bit of easing into. That goes back to first reason. Going to big to quick could make your first experience with anal a negative one.

The best part of this toy is the vibrations and pattern control, hands down. I like to insert this toy and thrust some during my play and doing this is quite a fun experience. Actually it brings a odd euphoria to my body. Not one where I feel like I am going to reach the peak, but more like fun pleasure. The vibrations are great too as on the higher settings it sometimes feels like it is almost too much. The charge lasts a long time and power does not weaken as the charge wanes.

Cleaning and charging this toy is easy. When you are done using, cleanup is as simple as wiping off and then washing with soap and water. Just make sure to wash only the shaft. The Lelo company makes no claims to this toy being waterproof. After cleanup, just lock the toy and throw it in the included pouch or the box it comes with. The box would be a great storage place.

The Lelo Billy was shipped in a plain shipping box, while the toy packaging itself consists of an outer cardboard sleeve with a picture of the toy and the name. There is some text on the outer box which describes what the product inside is and what it does. Inside this cardboard sleeve though is a much stronger, nice storage box that is much more discreet and is a reminder of how Samsung packages their flagship smartphones. Open this box by taking the top lid off and there before you is a beautifully displayed setup. The toy rests in a nice cutout and below this inside the box the manual, sample lube, serial number tag, charger all rest securely within.

I use this toy depending on my mood, if I want to go for a hands-free ride I reach for something else, but this allows me to be a little more hands on when I feel especially naughty.

I have yet to have have a prostate orgasm from any type of prostate stimulation, but this toy certainly has heightened sensations for me, even when I apply manual stimulation to my shaft.
