The Love Cuffs are simply handcuffs with a soft fuzzy sleeve to make them a bit more comfy and pretty. They were surprisingly sturdy given the fact that they are so thin! I kinda expected them to be flimsy and easy to escape, but they weren't! They have a little safety catch on the side to quickly release yourself without the key, just in case--which makes them totally beginner friendly! It is awesome because these were my first cuffs. They can be used to cuff hands behind your back or attach to a rope or chain to restrain you in a certain area. Endless possibilities really. I did test them out on my ankles and while I have tiny ankles, they were not all that comfortable. So, if you are interested in restraining someone's ankles I recommend getting cuffs or restraints.

These cuffs are made from stainless steel, with cute little metal cuff keys attached. I took the extra one and put it on my key ring just because it was too cute! There are also pink, fuzzy, faux fur sleeves that slip over the wrist cuff to keep them from digging into your skin, making them a lot more comfortable. These sleeves are completely removable so if you just aren't feeling them you can toss em! They do come with a set of handcuff keys, but they aren't really necessary, other than just to set the scene. The cuffs have small levers on each one that when pressed, will release the locking mechanism on the cuffs therefore releasing your wrists.

They came in a small black box with writing all over it, and they were also wrapped in a clear plastic bag inside the box. I wouldn't say the box is discrete as it is covered in large writing, but there are no pictures, it would make a fine gift box with a just a simple bow attached.

They really shouldn't need to be cleaned too much other than maybe wiped down with a damp rag or Eden wipe during cleanup. As for the fuzzy sleeves, they tend to shed a little so I'm wary about throwing them into the wash.

I have yet to stop liking these. I have used them both with and without the sleeves. I've even lent them to a friend to try them out who went and bought a air of her own!
