Love cuffs - handcuffs discontinued by NMC Ltd - review by Schmidyslave

When my girlfriend and I got these, we were super excited. We were going to have some tie down fun. I was going to hand cuff her hands with the Love Cuffs and then raise them above her head and have some fun. Then we got them and they felt super cheap and not very fun. My girlfriend and I are into the heavier side of BDSM. These were totally going to be involved in some later play, but instead of that, they are more for beginners and maybe really really light BDSM play.

The design is normal, they look like regular hand cuffs. Although they can only fit up to size 7" wrist. The Love Cuffs are 11 1/2" long and weigh 8oz. The Love Cuffs are made out of metal with faux fur covers. Since metal is pretty much a good material, I would think that they material can last a long time, but I can see Love Cuffs breaking pretty easy.

The Love Cuffs were alright to wear but not very comfy when she moved. If we were not role playing, she could have simply taken off the Love Cuffs. There is a lever that just needs to be pushed down in order to take them off. The keys are not needed at all when these are being used, which was a big downer. Much more fun when you know they can't get out by themselves.

Since the Love Cuffs are metal, they can be easily washed by either hot soapy water, or they can even be boiled. The faux fur covers can be taken off and washed in the washer with cold water. I was told to never put faux fur in the dryer because it will ruin them.

After I wash the Love Cuffs and the fur covers, I place them back in the box they came in and store them in my closet. They are easy to get out of the box and easy to put back in.

The box is just cardboard and is only really made for the Love Cuffs.
