Love cuffs - handcuffs discontinued by NMC Ltd - review by Iceness

The first thing I did when I got these Love Cuffs was remove the pink fuzzy covers. Not only because I wanted to feel the cold metal against my skin, but also because the fuzzy sleeves were incredibly slippery and slidey. They were just tubes of fuzzy fabric, so that the "wrong side" of the fabric was sliding around on the metal cuff; and it did nothing for comfort and barely anything for sensation (it mostly just created annoyance).

With the cheap pink fuzz removed (and saved for sensation play?), the Love Cuffs were made of cheapish, yet solid, metal. While the cuffs do come with two working keys, the most relaxing thing about these cuffs is that they are what is typically called "safety cuffs". With a release that can be done by hand, they can be quickly and easily removed if necessary.

I sometimes use the cuffs, not attached to anything, when I am masturbating by myself, so I can have the feeling of being handcuffed. If I use these Love Cuffs, it is much quicker and easier to get out of them myself when I need to. Plus, I don't have to worry about fumbling with a key post-orgasm.

In my opinion, compared to a real set of "police" handcuffs in regard to sensation/experience, the Love Cuffs slide closed more easily, don't click as loudly, are lighter weight, and might feel a little less sturdy (if you're pulling against them).

For me personally, this would not really necessarily be worth an outright purchase, but would be worth choosing as an item to increase my cart price. I just don't use the cuffs particularly often, and I feel like I could perhaps be using a different product with more functions for me. That is not to say that I don't recommend them, however. I do, in fact recommend them to most people trying/participating in light bondage.
