Plated chrome ring by Doc Johnson

The search for a strap-on is a complicated journey emotionally, physically and financially. There are guides out there sure but only an experienced lover can predict what will or won’t work for a first timer. Ok, sometimes a little common sense goes a long way but not in this case.

The vegan jaguar was my first strap on harness and by baby’s a beauty. Unfortunately while her straps accommodate all kinds of physical size her plastic o ring is not so forgiving to smaller dildo’s. While I give myself credit for noticing that a separate attachment was needed I was a loss for exactly what to get. Eden Fantasys is a wonderfully designed website in all but one area, it’s quite difficult to find small extras! Once I sorted through cock ring after cock ring I finally found the o rings and the choice of a metal one was an easy one. I thought it was the chrome was much sexier and matched my harness perfectly while giving me more firmness and security. I’m not sure why aslant doesn’t include interchangeable metal o rings of different sizes but that’s for another review.

For all the advice I’d read about picking out a harness I found very little advice on my last minute purchase. Given that I would be receiving the dildo at the same time as the harness and my new ring I was a little at a loss for what o ring to buy. The harness came with 1 ¾ size ring and the dildo was supposed to be 1 ½ inches in diameter. Already grumbling about the hassle and additional cost (I’m a college student give me a break) I didn’t think and simply perched the 1 ½ inch ring. Had I truly thought about it I would have gone a size up because while the ring fit my dildo handsomely and very snuggly I was only able to, with great difficulty, snap in two out of the three clasps that hold the ring.
