Or, to translate: "Just because it says 'grrl toyz' on the packaging, it doesn't mean only girls can use this toy."

A beautiful silicone dildo, the 'uses' for the Grrl Toyz are as varied as your imagination. In this instance, my wife and I chose it for 'pegging' as our other dildos were a little on the plump side for my tight little tush.

With a flanged base, the Grrl Toyz dildo neatly fits almost any strap-on harness. We used it with La Femme and it fit perfectly (this is a great harness because it also leaves the wearer's delicate bits and ass exposed.)

Being a moderately sized dildo, it's ideal for vaginal or anal use (or oral, if you're into a bit of domination.) The silicone construction means it can be completely sterilized and shared with different orifices and partners. In short, it's an incredibly flexible bit of sex-kit to own.

Made from 100% silicone, this dildo can be totally sterilized, or even boiled to keep it clean. Although firmer and less realistic-feeling than some cyberskin materials, it's got a nice bit of 'give' to it, which makes it safe and comfortable to use both anally and vaginally.

The Grrl Toyz dildo is conservatively sized and shaped. It loosely resembles a penis - with a swollen glans and a slender shaft - but isn't designed to look realistic - no veins or bulges on this toy. That smooth texture means it's smooth and comfortable during use as well, and the modest size makes it less of a challenge than larger toys - ideal for beginners.

The dildo is designed for use with a harness, and has a large flanged base to keep it secure in a ring. This means that it's not as easy to use as a stand-alone dildo as those specifically designed for such a purpose.

You can tell a lot of thought went into the Grrl Toyz dildo - it's the perfect sized and shape for most harnesses using O-rings. The simple design and modest size also makes it very suitable for most sexual duties - anal, vaginal and more. The silicone material means it's utterly safe - and can be used with multiple partners if sterilized between uses.

Admittedly, all this moderation doesn't make it sound very sexy - and the Grrl Toyz dildo doesn't have any sexy gimmicks to appeal to us gadget nuts - but for practicality and value it's hard to top.

Silicone is pretty much the wonder material - you can boil it, totally sterilize it; it doesn't contain any nasty chemicals and is odorless. The only downside is that it's incompatible with silicone lube - you can only use water-based.

Having gone through a variety of larger and more exotic dildos - most made from unfriendly materials, or too big to be practical - we finally chose the Grrl Toyz dildo because it seemed like the one that would be most practical and comfortable for pegging. We weren't disappointed. It's totally made me change the scale on which I evaluate sex toys - from 'ooh, that looks AWESOME' to 'Now, what's best for the purpose I have in mind for it?'

The experience? Highly satisfactory...

Combining this toy quality dildo with a high-end harness made all the difference, and turning pegging from an exercise in acrobatics (and often frustration) into a much more fluid adventure.
