This Thing Is Huge.

Be 100% sure that you want a challenge and are comfortable experimenting with very large toys before you order the royal. This toy is not for everyone because of its massive size and the bulbous shape of the head. The jelly material is a drawback that restricts what you can safely use this toy for. The base of the toy is also very plain and is too sharp for any sort of two-person double-ended play. This toy is best suited for advanced users that want to try something truly massive.

Use

My partner and I purchased the classic royal very early on in our sex toy adventures. We had no idea what we were doing and we probably didn't pay as much attention to size and material etc.. as we should have. Nothing could have prepared us for how ginormous this dildo is. We realized during use that this toy is simply too large to be comfortable for her no matter how much warm-up we do. So this toy was demoted to solo anal play for me only. Even as an anal toy, the royal is uncomfortably large for me even after warming up. We don't really use this toy anymore although every once in awhile I get it out to see if I can handle it yet. It can be fun to try as an adventurous thing to do. The head of the royal is significantly larger than the shaft. This makes the toy even more difficult to first insert than it needs to be. This toy is a challenge!

Material / Texture

The material is sub-par but this is to be expected given the relatively low price of the royal. The toy is overall flexible and can be bent in half. However, when pressing the toy between your fingers it is quite firm, and doesn't have much give to it.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy is probably too large to travel with comfortably. This toy is probably too large for the average user. The tip is not very ergonomic. A smaller head might have made the royal more useful. The toy is clear and too large to be realistic. I think it could work quite well for advanced anal players. The head could serve to keep the toy inserted because of its size.

Performance

The texture of the toy is well done. It is also a good balance between flexible and stiff. If you like very large toys than this one has that in spades! The base is very uninteresting and industrial looking. No suction cups, rounded end or flared base here. Because of this I also think that this toy is not harness compatible. This toy performed poorly for us as a vaginal or anal stimulator because it was too large and bulbous especially at the tip. However, for the more advanced user I could see it performing well. We actually had fun with the royal as a gag. As a joke we would place it in spots that the other person wouldn't expect to see it. Because of the extreme size of the royal it can be used in a comical fashion.

Care and Maintenance

The royal is fairly difficult to clean because it is very long. It won't fit very easily into most sinks. It's not too hard to wipe down though because it has no crevices, and is fairly smooth. Storing this toy can be a pain because of its extraordinary length. It may not fit into your existing toy bin or box.

Packaging

The packaging was not storage or gift box worthy in my opinion. We weren't really bothered by this or the lack of instructions because it is a pretty plain, cheap and self-explanatory toy.

Experience

We were somewhat disappointed with this toy. We thought we would be up for the challenge but neither of us were. The shape of the toy makes it difficult to use for anal play as well. Insertion is very difficult with this toy even after an extensive warm-up. It's also frustrating that we can't use the toy vaginally again because it has been used for anal. This is due to the unhygienic jelly material the toy is composed of. This was erotic and fun at times because of the challenge it presented. Unfortunately for us the novelty of the challenge wore off. However, I can see how other users perhaps with a larger threshold for ginormous toys could enjoy this product.

We had to get a larger box for our toys anyway and we keep it in there, actually it's a plastic bin. It is long enough to be too big for some boxes.

Thank you for the review. It sucks this toy wasn't what worked for you and your girl.

I would not use it vaginally after ANY anal play, not even after washing it, because Jelly is porous and may cause infection in the vagina. A condom may help. You might need a Magnum for this one.

I like large toys, but I don't use Jelly, so this isn't for me.

I hope your next toy suits your needs better.
