I love glass dildos. I love the way they feel. I love the way they look. Hell, I think I love the way they look as much as the way they feel--they can be nubby, or spiraled, swirled with color, iridescent, or even have flowers embedded in them. I always, always feel special when using a glass dildo; and to find one as attractive as the Rainbow Mega Nubby at such a low price point just amazes me. Every woman should have one of these in her collection!
The Nubby is made of Pyrex, so it is made to last. It is slender enough for a beginner, and of medium length. It is also, well, nubby. The nubs on the Rainbow Mega Nubby are all colored, though, in the spectrum of the rainbow. It is truly one of the prettiest dildos in my collection, and easily looks like it cost two or three times the price!
The Rainbow Mega Nubby is cylindrical in shape; there are no bumps or contours except for the nubs and the rounded off ends. Because it is glass, it is smooth and sensuous to the touch, and can be heated or cooled under running tap water (just check the temperature on your hand or arm first!) You can use silicone or water-based lube with this toy, and it can be sterilized with a 10% bleach solution or by running it through the dishwasher (top rack, no soap).
The toy itself is quite enjoyable to use. It is slender enough that the nubs are very comfortable and provide a lovely feeling of “smooth texture” when used for thrusting purposes. I also found it quite pleasurable to rotate the toy inside me and just let the nubs caress me internally.

Experience
One of my favorite little “secrets” is to use a cooling lube or gel with glass dildos. I do not have to worry about the materials being compatible, and the cool gel makes the glass feel absolutely fantastic, usually longer than water-cooling will!

Glass dildos are great! They all get really slick with lube, can be warmed (or cooled) in water, and are totally easy to clean. Texture wise there are all sorts of options, like the nubby you pointed out, or ridged, or smooth varieties. What works best depends probably more on your personal preferences than any one design factor.
I would say that if you like softer and more bendable materials generally you may find glass to be somewhat of a letdown, but if you like firm pressure glass is definitely where it's at.
We have a couple of glass toys (a plug and a few dildos) and really like all of them, not too mention they tend to be a little more fun to look at. Personally we like a mix of glass and silicone toys, because they each have things they are better at, but if you are curious about trying a glass toy out for the first time, definitely go for it. You will probably like it.

I haven't tried that specific glass toy, but I have tried glass toys with "nubs" on them. Honestly, they didn't hurt me in the least -- but, the jelly ones do. I don't understand it.
I LOVE glass though. -
Maybe if you move around and find it's too big, but in themselves, they wouldn't generally hurt (in my exp) :)

So I don't know much on the topic, but putting anything made of glass inside my body sounds a little scary. Do glass toys ever break?

Not usually, most glass toys are made of a solid piece of Borosilicate glass like pyrex. They shouldn't break unless you drop them and even then they may not break the first time they fall.
You should check them for chips before using them, just in case. -
Glass is one of the safest materials you can get, next to stainless steel and silicone. You can boil it and even throw some into the dishwasher! They'll break if you drop them real hard or throw them (especially the cheaper ones), or if you put it in the oven and then in a bowl of cold water, but not inside you!

One is Don Wands and the other is SSA glass...that's about it.

Okay, review some bad toys would you. I am filling up the 4th page in my wish list and reviews like this aren't helping! ha ha, oh well. Someday I'll have enough money to get them all, and this one might get moved to the top. The nubs do look really fun, and a glass toy for under $30? How could I pass that up? I almost bought this one, but talked myself out of it because I already have a bumpy dildo, and my bumpy dildo has a handle. I also figured it would feel the same. Good to hear that you got a blue pouch... I would be worried about getting another hot pink one (ew).
This is more slender than my bumpy and doesn't have a head on it, but mostly it's just pretty! :)
I think this is going to have to be my first glass dildo that I own personally, I'm a sucker for rainbow colors, and this one is so affordable!!!
