Jewel - traditional vibrator discontinued by Shaki Toys - review by chrissybelle

This was actually one of my first vibrators I bought when I was barely 18 years old. 2 years later & it still is in pretty decent shape.

I love the velvety feel of it; makes it a little softer to the touch. It had a good amount of different speeds, but since it twisted at the bottom to increase/decrease the speed, it was kind of hard to keep it on the setting I wanted. It always seemed like I was turning it up and down (which wasn't always terrible!)

The rhinestones fell off kinda of quickly, especially after many uses. Not essential to the product, but it would have been nice to have all the rhinestones stay on.

As far as strength of vibrations, you can have it very, very low to pretty high. Good range, but like I said, it's kind of hard to keep it on the setting you want. It can get kind of noisy, especially when on the highest setting. Not as discreet as I would like.

Cleaning is super easy & it dries very fast. I usually use water based toy cleaner (just a little on a clean wash cloth) and wipe it down, or even a baby or feminine wipe has worked when I was out of cleaner. Again, I just wiped it down & let it dry (which it did in no time).

It was nice for a beginning toy, but I have seen & used MUCH better products.

I would recommend this for people looking for their first toy. It's pretty simple & it gets the job done. No need to fear the crazy, extra parts and buttons. I think it's only good for/best for clitoral stimulation. Since it is battery operated (2 AA) it is not to be used in water. I would make sure your roommate is gone before you use it since it can get kind of noisy.
