This vibrator is so cool! The toy had no smell on opening, came in pretty classy packaging, and has a smooth black color and texture that is almost velvety. The toy is the perfect size and intensity for someone who hasn't owned a vibrator before. I think a major plus is that it could be used just as a dildo if you wanted, or you can crank up the intensity and turn it on. I loved using it on my own, especially in the tub, and I really enjoy using it with a partner, as well. Another plus is that I live in a dorm and it doesn't, on first glance, look like a vibrator. This was a really exciting purchase and I'm so glad I chose this vibrator. Absolutely perfect.

Another thing I really like about the Jewel is the texture. It's so soft, it feels almost gentle to the touch, unlike the way a lot of harsh, cold plastics can. The whole insertable length is that soft velvety material. The uniform color, too, is really nice. Aesthetically, this vibrator is just gorgeous.
My favorite feature is probably the multi-speed control. The bottom of the vibrator turns to determine how intense the vibrations will be - from a gentle humming to a full-on buzz which, even in my hand, gives me tingles.

While it's a little bulky for clitoral stimulation, once lubed it worked excellently in that area, as well as reaching g-spot stimulation perfectly! The wave-like tapering shape of the Jewel makes it almost completely filling, kind of like a gentle, pleasing pressure on all sides when it's fully inserted.

All in all, the Jewel is fulfilling, filling, and gently pleasing. It's the perfect beginner's vibrator. I've never owned one before and I'm so happy that this was the one I started with. Its shape, texture, strength, and style are all everything I could ask for. If it were only a bit quieter, I think this would be the perfect toy.
