Heavenly Exercise Balls

I really do love these now that I have figured out the best way for me to insert them. I think they would be a great starter set for someone who has never used vaginal excercise balls before.

This was my first set of vaginal balls, and I am so happy that these are the ones with which I chose to go. Except for one slight issue, I would highly recommend them.

When I opened the shipping box and saw the actual box in which these came, I was a little worried. It was very large, and I thought that maybe I misread the measurements when I ordered. Because of this, I have had to come up with another way to carry them to the gym with me because that is where I use them, and the box does not fit the way I need it to in my bag. They also came wrapped in a small, white foam, which is part of what I use to conceal it. A smaller box that made it easier with which to travel would be great.

Once I had taken the balls out, I washed them with warm water. Since there are only smaller spaces of plastic, and the majority of it is made of silicone, there was a lot more room for lint to get caught when drying them with a towel. I now take them out after working out, clean them off, and set them on a clean towel to dry while I shower.

The egg shape of each ball makes them very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, being a first time user, I found them a little harder to put in than I thought they would be. The reason for this is the very thin and kind of flimsy rubber that connects the two egg shapes. Though the first one slid in fairly quickly, it was harder to get the second one to follow suit, since they will not stay straight, and they move around while trying to push them the rest of the way in. Once inserted all the way, the cord is easily manipulated into the position that is most comfortable.

Another great thing about this product is that they are made up of food-grade material, and are hypo-allergenic and non-porous. It makes you feel a little safer about leaving them in for longer periods of time. As I said before, I wear them when I work out, which comes out to be about one hour every other day.
Experience
I will say that having these in while I am at the gym working out on anything from an eliptical to the weight machines makes for a much more pleasant workout.

Another good option for small kegel exercisers that don't collect linties is the Emigi.

    Thanks for the review!

The material discussion portion of your review sounds like these are pure silicone, but the balls are actually plastic, correct? Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the review. I thought the balls were covered by two materials, part silicone and part plastic.

Sorry for the confusion on the materials. There are two oval areas of plastic on each of the eggs/balls. other than that they are silicone and so is the cord to pull them out with.
