Since starting to work on my kegel muscles I've noticed big changes and so has my boyfriend. I think since starting to use these, it is becoming easier for me to gush and squirt.

The best way to use this toy is to insert the sperm-looking egg into the vagina and hold it in place inside using your kegel muscles. This is perfect to help control those kegel muscles. I'm a mom and after 2 kids, those muscles are pretty messed up. Since I started using this it's a big help. You can use these at any time: you can clean your house, go grocery shopping, or clean your room. You can use these anywhere except during sex. I wouldn't suggest shoving these in your butt as they would be very difficult to remove. And other than that they are easy to use. I thought they wouldn't be because of the tails on them, but they are easily manipulated to do what you want with them.
What is odd about the overall look of these is that they look like eyes. The inner weights/eggs are made of plastic and are very shin; the openings in which you place the weights look like either crowns or eyelashes if you look closely at them...it does not however have anything to do with the actual design, it's just an interesting thing when you look at it, nothing realistic about it. The outer layers of this is made of silicone and have no smell to them and have a nice feel to them. It's easy to slide in with a little bit of lube. I would use only the single egg for beginners and use the double for someone who is more advanced and who might want the additional weight as well.
When you first look at the design, you start to laugh; they literally look like oversized sperm. I like how they feel once inside because after a few minutes I literally forgot that they were there. I like the size because they are not too big and yet not to small. These are completely perfect for travel considering you'd have them, hopefully, inside of you while traveling.
I really liked these because using your kegel muscles, you never truely realize how much actual work those muscles need. These are not useable with a suction cup or harness. I really enjoyed how these work.
You must clean these very well; that means taking the inner egg out of the silicone case to clean the inside of it so you do not get an infection of any type. It's a lot of work trying to put the eggs back in though. Make sure you clean inside and outside of it. I would suggest finding or making a small bag to place these in because it does come with an additional 40 gram weight inside, as well as the double and single. Having them in a bag makes them easy to store. We use a water based lube and it works just fine with this.
The packaging comes in a black box with writing in multiple languages on it. The product was nicely packed inside. There were actually instructions in multiple languages inside the product for all of their products, not just these. It would make a perfect gift if you have perv friends.
The thing thats nice about this is that when you use the kegel muscles a lot, it makes it easier for other things to start to happen with your body. I use my dukes 3-4 times per week and when I use them it's for a few hours at a time. It's a huge turn on when my boyfriend inserts them and then we go out and he knows they are there; he will tease me while I have them inside. But later after using them at least for me I've noticed more things happening that I'm tighter, which is what you're trying to accomplish.
I would suggest some type of kegel enhancing toy such as the dukes to tighten you up inside. It makes sex a lot more fun and he would be more than happy to watch you insert them yourself, or even help by inserting them for you.

I still really enjoy these on occassion. They help tighten you up so your partner can have a field day loosening you back up. My fiance loves when I wear these, he picks them out of the box and tosses them at me and has me wear them for a few hours. Makes the end result sooooooooooo much more entertaining.

It does make you wonder why they didn't make the silicone part seal in the weight completely. I have a similar set that is the same way - have to take the ball out and clean it separately. Quite a bother.

Kendra I was a first time user on these and I started with the single at first. I now use the dual with the 30 and the 40 in it.
Silverdrop yeah its a big pain when you have to dismantel it to clean but putting it back together is a bigger pain sometimes.
