The set of these two exercise balls are designed to help a woman strengthen her pelvic muscles for a stronger and longer orgasm as well as returning muscle strength after child birth. Use is pretty simple. Just insert into the vagina and keep them there while you go about your daily activities. Its is recommended you use them for at least 30 minutes a day, but can be worn for longer periods of time as well.

The set is composed of two materials. The sleeve that the balls go in are made of silicone, while the balls themselves are made from hard plastic. Being that the balls are housed in the silicone, all you can really feel is the silicone sleeve, which matches your body temperature easily. Once inserted, the balls and sleeve have no give in them and are quite firm. There is some slight product labeling on each piece of the sleeves, but i did not notice any extra stimulation. This works great as a kit for someone beginning in kegel exercisers that wants to move from the one ball to a two ball exerciser.

The design is actually kind of hilarious being that it looks like a giant pink sperm. The shape was good and fit snugly into place and didn't have me worrying that it would fall out. being that this toy is built to be inside of you, this is a great toy for traveling. No one would know about it at all.

This toy I purchased specifically to help me have a longer and more intense orgasm. I do like to wear it for a longer period of time to exercise my muscles down there more and i do believe it is working well. I personally do think it would be heavier for each ball, but that could be different for each woman. The only complaint that I could come up with is that replacing the ball in a sleeve is a real chore and a pain in the butt. They pop out easily, but getting one back in is quite difficult. I know you don't want them falling out, but you still have to clean them after each use.

Care is pretty standard. Antibacterial soap and water does the trick well. Make sure to pull the balls out for cleaning too. One thing to be mindful of is to not use silicone based lubes. Only use water based lubes if you need some extra help getting it in. Storage i recommend using a night stand or something similar. the original packaging is big and bulky. Its not very practical.
