Lucid dream No. 14 by Doc Johnson

When I first received my Lucid Dream No. 14, I was a little bit intimidated by its size, which I had certainly underestimated when reading the description on the website. Determined, though, I unwrapped my new toy, popped the batteries in, and switched it on. The bulbous "head" of the No. 14 looked like it would be uncomfortable and possibly even painful, but with a little water-based lube I found insertion to actually be quite easy, and upon sliding it in, I found the internal bullet vibrator to hit exactly the right spot. The vibe delivered intense vibrations to my G-spot and required very little effort on my part. This vibrator is great if inserted and propped up on a pillow while clitorally stimulating yourself with the Fukuoku or a bullet or while your partner goes down on you.

I also liked that it also offers a wide range of vibrations for a variety of different tastes, from very gentle vibrations to fairly powerful. It is also very quiet, even on the highest setting the buzzing is barely audible, which makes it a wonderful toy for those who are looking for something more discreet.

There are a few downsides to this toy, however. First of all, it is made of jelly, which often contains phthalates and is porous, so if you are sharing it with a partner you must use a condom, because it cannot be sterilized. Second of all, this toy can't very comfortably be used for thrusting because of its unusual shape and the hardness of the jelly material doesn't make it particularly comfortable for clitoral stimulation, but these two details certainly do not discount the fact that as a whole this is a great toy.

Overall, I would give this four out of five stars. The shape of this vibrator is truly innovative, appearing to truly be made with female bodies and female pleasure in mind, but it would be great to see something similar to this made in a higher quality and more durable material, like silicone.

After a year and a half, this toy is still going strong. For such an inexpensive toy, I really did not expect that it would last this long. Even as our collection grows larger, it's still my partner's favorite toy that we own. One thing that is a little bit disconcerting though is the strange smell that the toy emits. We use this toy with condoms, which I highly recommend because it is made from jelly, which is porous, so we think the smell might be phthalates.

Something I have really been impressed with is the battery life of this vibrator. Some of the vibrators we own seem to really eat batteries, but not this one. It takes two double A batteries, which with occasional use have lasted us for months. Overall, it's still one of my top recommendations for G spot vibrators.
