Yes, it's lip gloss, but shining your lips or plumping them isn't the main purpose of this product even though that happens as a result. This ingenious lip gloss contains ingredients that will warm and cool the skin when it is applied. The tingling sensations when added to oral create a new kind of pleasure. The gloss is clear so it can be applied for regular makeup use as well. The ingredients plump the lips so it can enhance them within a matter of seconds. The packaging is gorgeous and would make a wonderful gift to any female partner. This doesn't just have to used for male oral pleasure. The lip gloss feels much like most lip glosses that come with a wand applicator. It is very thick and glossy. If you only apply one coat, it does absorb fairly quickly and becomes smooth. It's never sticky, but applying a lot of gloss might feel goopy. This stuff goes a long way in terms of sensation and doesn't really need a lot to be effective. The gloss is smooth and not grainy either. It can be applied over a lip tint if you want some color. It's clear and will add shine to the lips.

All you need is one coat of this gloss on your lips and you will almost instantly (seriously within seconds for me) feel a wonderful tingling sensation that will start off as warming. With one coat that warming sensations turn to a cooling, more subtle tingle in about 10 minutes. That cooling with last at least another 10 minutes. The tube itself is really classy. It['s incredibly discreet because it is a plain clear tube. It says Shunga Erotic Art in small letters on it in the front and has the website on the back. The black plastic top unscrews easily and the wand applicator applies the gloss perfectly. The bottle contains .33 fluid ounces of the serum.



My only issue with the packaging is that the gloss bottle with crack over time. I've had this stuff for two years and when I went to pull it out of the box for this review, I noticed it felt slimy. The plastic has started to crack in the back where it was laying down stored and it is seeping through. So, this packaging has about a year of shelf life.


Here you can see the cracks in the back. Now that I've wiped it and carry it in my makeup bag, it isn't leaking, but that might be beacause of the cold weather keeping the gloss super thick.

This gloss has both warming and cooling properties. It also has a tingling sensation.

I'll warn that for some people, they won't like the tingling sensations this gloss gives to their lips. I have been religiously using a $28 hard core lip serum called Lip Injection Extreme since I was about 17 years old.



That gloss has the same types of ingredients but has a much harsher tingle and plumper in it. I'm used to this sensation and love the burning feel it sometimes gives as it opens the blood vessels in my lips and makes them fuller. If you've never tried something like this, take it slow! Use a small amount to begin and see if you have any allergies or sensitivities to it. It is supposed to burn! But if you are in serious pain, remove it immediately and flush with cool water.
