Sweet N' Spicy (But Still Nice-y)

I love lip gloss, especially when it plumps or tingles! While this is expensive as far as lip glosses go, it's relatively reasonable in the realm of plumping glosses. While it's not officially a lip plumper, I really thought my lips felt and looked fuller! I love the subtle plump and shine this gloss provides without the admittedly foul taste that other plumping glosses seem to have. When used during oral, it offers a strange (but by no means unpleasant) hot/cold sensation with lots of tingles! I can understand why some people would be put off by this, but I personally love it. I love it as a cosmetic and I love it as a sex toy.

It has the consistency of lip gloss. It's kind of thick and kind of sticky but it goes on nice and smooth. With this, a little bit will go a long way. If you apply too much of it, you'll get gobs. This stuff doesn't feel the greatest when a concentrated dollop of it ends up on your tongue. The spicy, "icyhot" sensation is a weird one to try to cope with in public after applying just a bit too much of this stuff.

According to the Shunga website, the flavor of this stuff is "strawberries and champagne". I found the taste and smell of it to be pleasant. The only unpleasant part is when you get too much of it on your tongue. The sensation of spicy coupled with the flavor of sweet is kind of bizarre and admittedly off-putting. The small amount of product used during oral sex isn't as bad, but globs of it on your tongue by accident is pretty gross.

I find myself having to reapply this frequently as a lip gloss to maintain the alluring plump and shine. During oral sex, I find that a small swab over my bottom lip is more than enough to excite my partner.

I tagged "allergy concerns" only because the ingredients in this lip gloss might irritate some people. The strong hot/cold sensation isn't for everyone and there's nothing worse than ending up with a reaction that causes a rash on and around your lips.

I love the packaging. It's classy, discreet and minimal. The insert included a lot of information on other Shunga products, as well as a little art history lesson about Shunga paintings.

While this isn't technically a lip plumper, I feel like it makes my lips look much fuller after use. With the pins and needles tingling sensation, this could just be placebo but I like to think it does make them look plumper.
