Really, it does. This item is a great purchase for it's price. I have used this item many times and I find it to be a great addition to my, albeit small, collection. This toy has a nice feeling both on my penis and on my tongue. It feels very realistic, when maintained properly, on the outside, and the inside seems to be just as good.
The sensation that this product gives is highly intense. With it you feel very satisfied, I know I do. The inside has small "pillows" which caress the penis as it slides over it and this sensation can be very hard to block out. The material is Thermoplastic Rubber and it has that firm yet soft feel that is just great.

Also make sure to dry the case very thoroughly as well.

If you have access to a sink with running water for a minute, you have everything you need to clean it. Isopropyl alcohol and corn starch seem to be additional optional measures that may keep it in better shape over the long run, but are probably not necessary every time.
