Agreed. The STU could be considered a learning tool for practicing better staying power.

And that's pretty much how it was designed to be used. I don't think it was ever meant to be a magical "oh you used this now you suddenly last longer" type of solution. I think it was meant as more of a tool to be able to train yourself with.

Honestly I am going to do a review of this soon because I just recently got one. I have to say no it deffinatly will not make men last longer for starters. Its fun dont get me wrong but the way to really last longer is to learn how to control your orgasms with speed and positions. I have one of the fleshlights because I bought a bunch of toys for my wife and I ended up saying hey what about me! They say its the best... Lets put it this way.. doesent hold a candle to the real thing and if it did you could say it actually trains your stamina. Looks silly but its alot of fun. I have found it over stimulates which the STU does not. Just use lots of lube. The faster it gets you to an orgasm the faster you can help yourself "manage" your orgasm.
