The set comes in a pretty box and is a great gift for anyone from 13-100 years old! It is a small boxed set that includes an exfoliating lip scrub and a lip conditioner that makes your lips super soft and removes the dead tissue for fresh healthy lips.

This is the perfect product for the cold and dry winters, anytime you have lightly chapped lips and before a special night out. Get your lips primed for that sexy lipstick, shiny lip gloss or use the balm as a lip protectant by itself.

Get ready to pucker up! Add a bit of peppermint for the holidays or some strawberry for the rest of the year.

The scrub has small sugar crystals in the formula that removes the dry skin from your lips very well. I apply with a dry cloth and use small, circular motions for best results. There is a bit of a vaseline feeling, but that is easily removed with the clean removal cloth. I use one washcloth and fold it in half. The first side is for application, the second is damp for removal. The Peppermint scrub is pleasantly tingly and cooling and has a very mild candy cane flavor. The Strawberry scrub is very yummy smelling and has a sweet flavor, but not fruity.

The lip treatment is very firm but goes on smoothly and does not feel thick. This treatment makes your lips very soft and plump feeling. It is not a plumper, just the freshness of healthy lip skin makes them feel so luscious! The peppermint treatment feels cool and tingly, has a super light flavor.

Both products are super easy to use, stay in place very well, the results are long lasting and they compliment each other very well. I did notice a bit of a greasy feeling on the scrub until it was washed off, but it was not irritating or heavy in any way. The treatment has a slight resemblance to carmex, but is absorbed pretty fast.

Peppermint:
The peppermint set smells strongly of peppermint candy canes. I am not sure if there really is a flavor, or if what I am tasting comes from the coolness on my tongue and the aroma. I tasted my lips without inhaling and did not have a peppermint flavor. When I inhaled, and smelled the aroma is when I was able to taste the peppermint. The treatment had no flavor until inhaling as well.

Strawberry:
The strawberry smells like fresh succulent strawberries and neither the scrub nor the treatment had any of the fruity flavor. This is actually good, since if it tastes good, I will lick my lips and cause serious damage! I did notice a bit of a sweet flavor from the scrub, but that could be the sugar crystals in the formula.

My lips were soft all day long! It is about 25 degrees, snowy and windy where I live so this is saying alot about this product! I do reapply the treatment two or three times during the day, but the results are amazing! I had to apply my previous chapped lip treatment about every hour or two and still had chapped lips.

The scrub has worked very well at removing and maintaining my smooth fresh lips. After the first two or three exfoliations, the maintenance was easy and I do not have to scrub much anymore. I use this daily in the morning and am very happy with my soft new lips!

I do wish the pots were bigger, had come with a lip applicator and had ingredients listed, but overall I am ecstatic with this set. I am ordering a few more sets for backups and gifts! I can say, the peppermint is dedicated to the wintertime and the strawberry is dedicated to spring and summer. No performance reason, just the aromas tend to work better for me seasonally.

The box this set comes in is very pretty, feminine and has an old fashioned, retro look. It has a cardboard slide 'clasp' on the top and opens up to show the two small pots inside. The pots carry the same look on the labels and looks beautiful on your dresser.

These are twist off tops and open pots. The only application as sold is by finger. I purchased lip brushes to use with the balm and apply the scrub with a clean cloth. Therefore removing the finger contamination in my balm and making this sharable with friends.
