The gloss is used to add a slight color and plump to your lips and help them feel silky smooth. It's a nice little extra for anyone wanting to let their lips pop in a nice, cute way and leave them silky smooth. I for one always feel sexier when I have soft, plump lips.

When you first open the gloss to apply, what is on the brush looks like it will be sticky, thick and tacky. However, as you wipe the brush across your lips, it's the complete opposite. It goes on very smooth and does not leave your lips clumpy and tacky like most lip glosses do. And to boot, the brush itself is nice and soft. The gloss is indeed thick, but it does not feel that way when on your lips. It feels smooth, silky and glossy enough for you to know it's there.

I had gotten the Passion Fruit one, and personally do not think it tastes like passion fruit. It just tastes like plain ole lip gloss to me. I plan on trying the others as well and maybe they will have a stronger taste. I don't mind next to no taste since it keeps me from just licking it off! It does have a smell though, and I think it smells great. It has a fruity/minty smell that isn't too over powering. My mom did not like the smell, but I did, so it may not be for everyone.

The gloss itself does not last long. When wearing it out, I reapply it about every 45 mins to an hour. However, the effects last a very long time. After wearing it all day yesterday, and the first day wearing it, my lips felt silky smooth all day today. And I even normally have very chapped lips! I am very pleased with its softening effects. Though, the product does not plump any more than any other lip gloss. I was slightly disappointed, but the product description did inform it may not plump. So if you mainly just want a plumping one, I would suggest a different gloss or maybe try going with the Cinnamon or Peppermint (The scents themselves with the extracts seem to me they would work better than the passion fruit, but don't hold me to it since I have NOT tried them yet).

Another thing I was worried about was the coloring since I like a lot of natural colors, and I was not disappointed. The Passion Fruit's color leaves a slight pink tone, but it still looks almost natural for me. When cleaning off the gloss if wished, it does wipe off easily with a tissue.

The gloss tube is very effective. It's small, but not too small, and travels easily. I even keep it in my camera case with my camera when I go out. It does not leak through the cap like some glosses do and the brush is very nice and soft and goes back in to the tube very neatly.

I noticed a lot of people were worried about the tingling, I did not feel it much. It may have been the scent I chose, but the product only tingles a bit at first and then goes away and is not painful for me, even with my skin being sensitive.
