Works Great: Makes Skin So Soft
This product is worth it! Once you get the idea out your head that it's some kind of magic cream, you will see it's definitely a shower staple.Published: April 6, 2011
Pros:
Makes skin super-soft.
Helps eliminate/ prevent a good percentage of ingrowns/ irritation.

Cons:
Not 100% effective
I used this product because I was so sick of having red bumps and irritation when shaving or waxing. A friend of mine had recommended it to me, so I figured I would try it out.
Once I received the product in the mail, I opened the bottle to see how it smelled. I cannot say that it's an "oooooh ahhhhhh" kind of smell, but it is definitely nice and subtle.
The texture is a bit oily but not too greasy. It definitely leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth! I have often used it in place of shaving cream to shave my legs, and I love how my skin feels afterward. The only problem with using it to shave your legs is that it is not very thick like a shaving gel or foam, so you just have to be careful in sensitive areas (behind the knee, kneecap, etc.). This obviously would also apply to shaving your "coochy" too.
Even though this product is effective, it does not necessarily make you ingrown-free. I think my expectations were too high at first because realistically, how could something like this be that much of a miracle?! It does, however, get rid of a lot of the ingrown hairs and definitely helps with the red bumps because it leaves you so silky soft.
Because the fragrance isn't too overpowering or "floral," I would say a man could use this too. The only thing I question is if it is strong enough to actually make a difference since men's hair and skin are much different than women's.
I have told friends to use this product, and it has definitely helped all of us stretch out our waxing appointments. I would recommend this product to any woman who is looking for something to help with ingrown hairs and irritations that will leave skin silky smooth and oh-so-soft!

Coochy cream scents

I've been going through a lot of reviews to see if I could find one that talked about the green tea scent. I want to try something other than the 'Oh So Original'. Has anybody tried the green tea scent or anything other than the original? Any suggestions on a different scent I should try? Thanks!

I just recently reviewed the green tea scent here.\ :) Basically, it smells great while you're using, but the smell doesn't really linger (which I love). It kind of smells like a sweet tea...but it's a bit hard to describe the scent itself.

I really need to try this! I have been in the market for something like this.

It is pretty good. I'm not usually a fan of shave creams, but I recently purchased this product and it works well.

Who uses coochy rash free shave cream? Did it leave you satisfied with a rash free Brazilian?

I bought this for me and my guy to use. It worked wonders for his gentle areas. Unfortunately, I had a terrible reaction to Coochy... total bummer!
Has anyone else had a bad reaction to this product? Do you know a great product to use? I've been using olive oil based soaps that leave my skin silky and lux! -
While I have no had a reaction, I do like Inttimo Kitty Shave Kreme by Wet. EF carries it but only in a tiny bottle )=

Thank you for viewing Coochy shave creme – cream review page!

great product we like it too, no aggravation
I have some in my cart to try. Thanks!
I have been looking for something different to use. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for the review. It is a really good product, but I just don't see it being so much an upgrade from regular conditioner (for me anyway) to warrant the price difference.
Curious to see how well this works...thanks for the review
