Hell of an exercise slingBefore ordering a door swing, try going to a park sitting in the regular swings and see how it sits. If you're comfortable in the park swing then you'll be comfortable in door swings because the fit is the same.
Multitude of uses.
Works differently for larger people.
This is just another sex sling by Sportsheets, that goes over the top of a sturdy door, and another one size fits all or at least up to 300 pounds that is. Whether you have everyday aches and pains or you just want to spice things up in the bedroom you can't go wrong with a positions aid such as this sling. People on the smaller weight scale will be able to get in the positions that are shown on the box easier than someone with my weight. You need to have someone to help you in the sling, to make sure you don't fall out o it, while you holding onto the hand grip, the same time trying o put one leg at a time in the leg straps. Some people advise against taking the sling to a motel/hotel because the noise that the two of you will cause. I say go for it; there are still some no tell motels around, just stick the sling up on the bathroom door and have at it.
The material that makes the swing are: Nylon, thread, metal, and plastic. It only comes in black, and the full length of the swing is 69 1/2" , and the straps are 2" wide. To weigh 3 pounds it is incredibly light. I would love to find a sling that does not sag under heavy weight for the larger people (maybe heavily padded wood), instead of the one size rule.
I weigh 275 pounds, and for me I found the swing a little uncomfortable at first, with parts of my upper thighs poking out of the side handles where the partner is to hold onto the swing. I even poke out of any chair that has sides, unless it is a "wide" chair. As I expieremented more with the swing, I found out that if I want to move the leg strap up I have to pull up the strap, with my leg in it, and pull the adjusting strap with the other hand. With all the extra movement that is required that is why I say that this is good as a form of exercise.
The box as you can see is not discreet at all. It can be used over to put the swing in and store it until the next time it needed to be used, or toss the box and use some sort of plastic tote. On the bottom of the box there are some tips to make for better use of this swing. Not to be used alone, posistioning on the door, having a matress under you in case of falling and so on.
Nylon can be washed with warm sudsy water, I'd suggest tossing it in the washer because you can remove the plastic caps and slip the tubes out holder. Once it dries simply insert the tubes back into the space and cover with the black caps.
I found this swing to be sort of fun in a way, but mainly a pain in my ass and in my legs. I found out that using this daily to expierement with is a really good way to exercise my arms and legs. I can get one foot or leg in the foot rest by myself, while I need help getting the other one in the second rest. Resting in the swing, I can grab the footrest strap in one hand and putting my foot in while holding onto the hand strap to keep from falling out, and as I used it more and got use to the swing, it became easier to get into and more comfortable.
I tore into this as soon as it hit the porch figuring out how it went and what it might look like with a body in it. The test subject of the day was my mom who weighs in at close to 200 pounds. For her it was awkward and uncomfortable especially in the seat as it crushed in on her.

This is still taking time to get used to, and is still a workout. I recommend this mainly for people who weigh less than 250 pounds or so.
