Water-based lubricant

Aqua, Accurately Named

Love the spray pump bottle and how discreet it appears. It's slippery and easy to spread. Worked great on the njoy 2.0. Passed with flying colors.

Use

Aqua is a water based lubricant best for light applications. The viscosity is very thin. We apply this to small toys such as bullets. The bottle contains only 2 oz and we planned on only using for certain smaller items.

We like the spray feature of the bottle. The spray feature is convenient for one hand application. Also you will not have to wipe lube off your hands and fingers. With a pump type bottle/container, one has to spread the lube with fingers.

This is great for foreplay. A little bit on the clitoris provides for smooth easy massaging with fingers. However due to the sour taste, would not recommend for oral.

We were so impressed with the Wicked Cleene, got the Aqua on next order

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Aqua is very thin and will run. It feels fairly slippery (of course) and silky. Like it's name, it is watery.

It is not sticky at all. It does have a very very slight fragrance though. It is advertised as fragrance free. Perhaps the formula or one of ingredients changed from the original.
    • Slick
    • Smooth
    • Thin

Taste / Aroma

In case anyone is interested in the taste of this. It's very bitter. The slight fragrance is similar to rubbing alcohol or antiseptics found in a medicine cabinet.
    • Bad taste
    • Light smell

Performance

Aqua worked fine on bullets, U type vibes and anal plugs. We did not need to reapply for these items. Clean up was a clinch. Warm water and antibacterial soap. The best feature was how silky smooth it felt. We also liked the pump spray feature of the nozzle. After spraying a shot, one can just use 1 finger to spread if necessary. Then a simple wipe of the finger before play.
    • Feels natural

Packaging

Our tube Aqua arrived with our Golden Thruster Rabbit in a box. The bottle was shrink wrapped and tamper proof. The nozzle was in a locked position to avoid leaking out.
    • Does not leak
    • Easy to use / dispense

Special Features

Aqua lubricant is rich and silky. Kinda like a silicone feel, but it is water based.

Aqua has some appealing qualities. It is paraben free, and contains Aloe, Vitamin E.

Here is the incredients list off the product page:
Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Juice, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Cellulose Gum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.
Color: clear

Now if you are prone to yeast infections you may need to skip Aqua. It does contain glycerin, know to create a breeding ground for yeast.

Aqua is not a warming lube. Wicked does manufacture one though, Aqua Heat.
Follow-up commentary
Nice for nearly every application. Love the sizing of the bottle and the securing cap. Great for taking on trips !
